the ending makes me cry manly tears when she dies and goes to heaven which is the titanic and all of the good people on the ship. at least that's how i speculate it, i don't believe in heaven but i think it was a brilliant way to end the film.

This was my grandmother's favourite movie. My Heart Will Go On way played at her funeral. I've learned it on piano in her memory. :frown:

Finally got around to watch it, and I must say, it was much better than I expected. Although I do admit I laughed at the guy hitting the propeller when he jumped. EDIT: And why was that former police guy covered in blood towards the end? Is this explained in some extended version?

I thought this movie was a piece of crap. For some odd reason one of my teachers actually agrees with me. Plus the sinking of the Titanic was horribly overrated, there have been events that were much worse then the Titanic.
