Nick has spoke out about the Cybermen, when he was asked what they sound like he said they don't talk that much. Lines were recorded through a Vocoder like the very early episodes. He also said they're not from the other universe.

I don't think the daleks have ever had a Christmas story (except Feast of Steven, but we all know that doesn't count). Daleks at christmas would be fun, especially if they were in disguise as christmas toys or something.

Every time Nicola tried to wear a costume that better suited her character they told her she was wrong and gave her a bikini.
After she quit they asked her back for a final photo-shoot and she intentionally came wearing dignified clothing. They began to panic and asked her if she would be changing and she smiled and said "no".
I love Nicola. But why did they make her into some american dumb whore?

How could you even think this is official? They haven't finished filming yet, they haven't released ANY details on the plot apart from the fact that 10 and the Zygons are involved so there wouldn't be any 50th footage, and almost all of the footage is from AGMGTW.

worst bit, but it's better than what I thought it was going to be. I thought the professor's headphones would be important, that the Doctor would zap them and use the sonic waves to fuck the Ice Warrior up.
Not too fond of the out of armour design either.
Good episode but I'd like to know how that man knew about those 80s songs as I'm pretty sure the Soviet Union didn't like any western culture and tried it's up most best to keep it out.

I noticed that too. He could've definetely stood in as a double for Hartnell.
As for the overall episode, I liked it. Ending felt a bit rushed maybe.
Much, much better than Rings of Akhaten. I thought the standoff part at the end could have been resolved better than "and then the other ice warriors showed up and everything was fine". But still, great episode.

Because [sp]when it was in its armour, it was locked in the room and being guarded. Out of its armour, it could slip out and everyone would start looking for it, leaving the armour free to break loose.[/sp] Probably.
I would love to have a Male Companion for a change, Even tho he has in the old series, he hasn't had a proper one in the re-boot.
What about Jack, Mikey, and Rory?
Perhaps one that he just meets on his own, like Ian or the Brig. He meets Jack and Mickey through Rose, and Rory through Amy.
