Celestial Toymaker
That's the third suggestion I've seen as to who it might be :v: The other two are The Master of the Land/The Master Brain (from The Mind Robber) and Omega (from The Three Doctors)
Kate Stewart confirmed to return for the 50th http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/doctorwho/articles/Reunited-Jemma-Redgrave-Returns-for-the-Anniversary-Special Kate seems to be filling in her fathers shoes nicely getting involved with an anniversary story. [editline]8th April 2013[/editline] Ooooh. Also filming today is at The Tower of London (UNIT HQ). If you live nearby run on down and get us some pictures. [editline]8th April 2013[/editline] I wonder if Kate and UNIT decided to bring all The Doctors together for some reason.
[sp]There's a pic of Kate and Clara with a UNIT SUV. Earlier pics seemingly saw the TARDIS taken away by a ship / helicopter. Perhaps they team up as a result.[/sp]

The stuff we saw with the bike was probably the end of an adventure we don't see. My guess is then Eleven will then go into a montage where he's trying to get past Doctors, will probably find some of them are busy (1,2,3,9 who can't return, possibly Tom too as he is very old. A cameo would be enough. When he goes to get Nine we will see Billie as Rose again. Once again probably a cameo).[/sp]
Celestial Toymaker
You know, I'd buy that sonic screwdriver of theirs if it wasn't three goddamn hundred dollars.

But Celestial Toymaker seems more legit. [editline]8th April 2013[/editline] I'm starting to get the impression from set pictures that Eleven isn't around. It's mosty The TARDIS and Jenna, Matt's not spotted. Now on set it's Clara and Kate, no Doctor and [sp]Clara looks concerned or angry. Maybe The Doctor is killed, ill or captured leaving Clara with The TARDIS on earth, like what he did with Rose. She lives in the TARDIS incase it reactivates and uses the Gravity-Bike to do runs to get supplies. After one run UNIT spots her and follows her back to the TARDIS by helicopter where they reveal they have a plan. Then come the other Doctors.[/sp] All speculation obviously.
The 50th anniversary will be a Doctor-lite episode, with Matt and David only appearing at the end. Imagine that :v:
The Absorbaloff is the main enemy, Ursula and Elton save the day with the power of love

or maybe Tennant just reappears and he is truly the Tenth Doctor, not half human or any of that bullshit. Maybe. With the theme of memories, it wouldn't surprise me if everyone's memory is wiped at the end of the adventure.
Memory wipes were usually how writers got around past doctors having no knowledge of meeting their future incarnations.

Ooh if it feels like a Pertwee episode I'm even more excited. Baker is my favourite Doctor but the Pertwee era has my favourite stories and feel. At least for now. I've seen more Pertwee than Baker. I'm waiting for all of Baker and Pertwee to be on DVD so I can start watching from 3 to 11.

So I saw this on facebook and I am confused, is he saying he dislikes the direction Doctor Who is going? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/doctor-who/9976057/Doctor-Who-is-too-sexy-now-says-the-shows-first-ever-director.html
It's only became too sexy because Jenna-Louise Coleman is in it ;)

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/doctor-who/9976057/Doctor-Who-is-too-sexy-now-says-the-shows-first-ever-director.html
He's an idiot. He clearly doesn't watch the show. How he can say the show is too sexy now when the classic series has female characters with little personality and their only function was to scream and be in danger. Look at Peri and Leela. The key design behind them two seems to be "TIIIIIITS". Purves' comments were stupid too. If he's found any episode apart from series 6 "too complicated" he's probably mentally ill. Once again, just basing his opinion on what he sees in the press. I was thinking of starting a video series for Who reviews and looking at a variety of topics. I was thinking of responding to this stupid complaint first as it's becoming common.
Dan's brand of humor would be excellent for a Who-Review type of show
Pictures. http://blogtorwho.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/cold-war-promo-pics.html
Gaaahhhh recorded Rings of Akhaten and watched it just now. Only thing that went into my mind was gaaaaaaaah oswin is hot as fukkkkkkkk *hairflip* Just rub in how hot you are.
Dan, you're the man. Man. By the way, heard anything new about the 50th?
That would be one hell of an bad driver if it was the same car. [editline]8th April 2013[/editline] PS People saying an anniversary episode MUST have multiple Doctors are wrong. The 25th Anniversary Episode only had one Doctor. Multi Doctors aren't only allowed on anniversaries either.
'22' season was the two doctors 30th was dimensions in time 10,20,30 are all divisible by 10 and so is 50.

I keep reading this thread title as the one for The Walking Dead. My brain is malfunctioning. [editline]9th April 2013[/editline] Anyway, where should I start on this show and how hard are the sci-fi bits?

I could accept if you just start on the Eleventh Hour, but if you want to start anywhere before Moff took over you must watch from Rose
Your argument is invalid.
