I almost cried at the sheer failure of those posts.
Rate this man green checkmark.
Just ignore me and my shitty math. I might get a CYMA Glock from Weapon Blender sometime soon, as people on the WPA forums say it's a nice gun for a new guy. Once I get enough money, I'll get a nice AEG.
AEG first, AEP/GBBP second.
I just read that it only shoots 175.
Thing has an effective range of like 30 feet.
I was looking at the TM Glock 18c. Looks pretty good. I am for sure going to get an AEP, undecided company/type, when my CO2 H&K USP breaks. Which it hasen't so far.
If it's a TM, it will be good. I don't think many companies make good AEP's so you should stick with TM anyway.
AEG first, AEP/GBBP second.
Uhhh, no. How about I spend what I can first and save up for an AEG? You don't need an AEG to play airsoft, you know that, right? Everyone has to start somewhere.

You cannot play airsoft and expect to have fun with an AEP, or even a GBBP really. And I started somewhere, I started with an AEG.
You cannot play airsoft and expect to have fun with an AEP, or even a GBBP really.
This.
I started with an AEG and a Springer Sniper rifle I gave AEG's up. Springers/Gas only :v:
I told my friends this when I showed up at our local field with my CM030. USE IT AS A FUCKING BACKUP. Maximum effective range is only about 30-40' and very low FPS (I think mine was still ~220 the last time I used it). Even in CQB, you'll be outgunned in range and FPS. The main redeeming factor, at least for me, is the ability to completely dump the mag in about 2-3 seconds holding down the trigger. I don't regret picking it up, but don't make it your first purchase.
If it's a TM, it will be good. I don't care who makes it, AEP's suck. Low FPS, low range, low ROF and trigger response, what more reason to hate them.
....... well, what do I know compared to Ender anyway? I'll keep my opinion of AEPs to myself.
People here are saying not to get an AEP and people over on WPA are saying to get it. Is it better than a spring shotgun? I'm stuck here. It's like a love triangle, only this involves guns instead of girls.
Shotgun is way more effective. I know myself, Ender, DarkSamus, and Cubeman all have either the TSD or the DE M1014 (was it a rebrand? I don't remember) and we can all vouch for how effective it is over an AEP. Even if you don't pick that specific one up, there's plenty more on the market for roughly the same price as an AEP and they've got better range, more FPS (though mine has sunken quite low thanks to somebody borrowing it and slam-firing repeatedly during a game) and generally better accuracy.

It's called business.

It's one of those guns where it's impossible to track down the original maker because all the creators don't have an acutal product catalog (TSD does)

Even though its a TM, it still sucks.

Okay, I'll get a shotgun then. So I can get DE, UTG or TSD? They're basically the same? Later I'll get an AEP or something as a backup. But that's when I get more money.
TSD cost 75$ BUT You get 4 shells You get a stock shell holder If you get the DE or UTG you end up paying a bit more including those extras which you basically need
I'm looking on ASGI now. I take it this is the TSD M1014 Ender bought? Seems nice. Ender, your take on this?

Look in the Review Megathread for his ([del]and my[/del]) review on it. [editline]10:08PM[/editline] Just realized i should make a review of it. [editline]11:15pm[/editline] Put up a review.
we all have this one http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=4806
I have the DE version, which is sold out. Both me and my friends own these shotguns and together we rape in CQB. Easily the best $50 I've ever spent for airsoft. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_181&products_id=5903
I bought the AEP for the rate of fire. Although I have to say that shotguns are the way to go. I just couldn't find any around here.
AEP's are unreliable
