Did you try firing it when ti was jammed? How much did you fire if so. That can cause a stripped piston or gear.
More like a broken tappet plate. The nozzle would get jammed if it tried loading a bb into the jam. I highly doubt a barrel jam would strip your piston or gears, as the only thing slowing those down is the built up air pressure, which has a habit of finding it's way out.
Ah, dunno where I heard that then. Snip- [editline]07:25PM[/editline] Heh, some guy says the OD-Black one fades to foliage after a couple washes. Will just go with OD. I imagine the foliage one turns grey after a while.
Did you try firing it when ti was jammed? How much did you fire if so. I really want to get a new gun anyways, I've had this gun for around 2 years.
Should i got with a TMG36C or this http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3811
Should i got with a TMG36C or this http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3811
both are excellent choices
for first real gun??
What do you mean by "real gun" TM Makes a very nice G36, in fact, all their guns are real nice and so does VFC
The TM G36C may work well out of the box, but I've never been a fan of it's cheap looking glossy plastic finish. Guess I'm spoiled from using my CA G36 with it's better looking and feeling polymer body. ARES and CA have the best externals of any brand G36. Both guns you listed will work well as a first real gun.
so should i go with the CA then?
What about SRC? I've always been confused when people say SRC MkIII G36s are better than TM and CA G36s...but is it true? Don't listen to me crypto. I don't know what I'm talking about. It's really just between TM, CA, and ARES unless Ender says otherwise.

so CA is middleline externals and internals?
Go with the better internals for a first gun.
I had my CA G36K for over 4 years, and it too was my first real AEG. No problems at all until last year when my trigger contacts were finally building up too much carbon on them. This is a typical problem for such an old gun. The CA has been very reliable to me, and the externals will definitely be stronger than the TM's cheaper plastic. I've heard that most people who've owned the STAR (now ARES) G36 love them to death with no real complaints about anything. Plus CA and ARES make the not just the G36C, but the K and full size. Also the ARES full size G36 comes with a built in bipod and the scoped + red dot carry handle. CA's full size only has the scoped carry handle without the red dot.
is the Ares TAR 21 too much for a first gun??
It's way overpriced.
Definitely too much for a first gun. Although I'll admit from the one I handled it's a very nice gun, at least externally. Never got to fire it. Probably the most balanced and natural feeling bullpup I've held, doesn't feel insanely back heavy as say an AUG, L85 or T95. Still, a bit too pricey for what you're getting as a first gun. Plus I heard from some local players that it's hard to find them. AEX here hasn't had them in months.
Are there any good UMP9/45 AEGs rifles for under 200? looking up "UMP" on airsoftGI comes up with nothing.
http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=2649 $240 and it's out of stock. But go with the G&G UMG, and it's called that because they're not allowed to call it the UMG. I don't know too much about the Ares UMG, but G&G is generally a good company.
The plastic on the TM G36 is a bit weak. My friend hit the stock on a door by accident and it snapped off. He didn't even use that much force.

What other guns do you have? You'll have more of a selection if you buy an MP5 variant. And only buy an MP7 if you want a blowback gun, I don't see much of a reason to buy that unless you have a lot of money sitting around and want a backup for a sniper or something.
A MP5 is a great choice seeing as there are a ton of parts for them in case you want a upgrade or if anything breaks.
Are there any good UMP9/45 AEGs rifles for under 200? looking up "UMP" on airsoftGI comes up with nothing.
Double Eagle makes one, but it's sold out on ASGI. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_134&products_id=2412 TSD has their own, but it may be a rebrand of the DE, I don't remember. http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_44_222&products_id=27947 Also ASGI changes all the names of their H&K style guns after H&K tried to sue retailers for using their real names. Hence why they call it a UMG, and their MP5's are called MK5's.

Any opinions on the UMG? ---- Also, would a cheap (~50 dollar) mac-10 or micro uzi be a decent sidearm? I'm not thrilled at the idea of buying a 100+ GBB pistol I wil hardley evr use.
So does airsoft hurt? And BBs are small so how do you know when you're hit? I might start playing if the prise is resonable.
So does airsoft hurt? And BBs are small so how do you know when you're hit? I might start playing if the prise is resonable.
Most fields have an age limit of 16, so I'm going to go ahead and say you can't.
Most fields have an age limit of 16, so I'm going to go ahead and say you can't.
Uhm.. I was born in 1990 so that means that i am 20 years now so i can play if i want to. So can you answer these questions or not? You cant really acuse me of being a kid if you dont know my age. I dont have to much money so thats why i said "if the price is resonable". I dont want to spend 100 euros on a airsoft gun. If none of you guys can answer, i will have to go to another thread and ask.
Get an education first then.
Ehm... Why flame? These where just some simple questions that meant no harm. I didn't say that i live on a strict budget. I am neither rich or poor, i am somewhere in the middle. I got money to spend but i dont throw them around and pretending to be Bill Gates.
