Uhm.. I was born in 1990 so that means that i am 20 years now so i can play if i want to. So can you answer these questions or not? You cant really acuse me of being a kid if you dont know my age. I dont have to much money so thats why i said "if the price is resonable". I dont want to spend 100 euros on a airsoft gun. If none of you guys can answer, i will have to go to another thread and ask.
Have fun trying to find a decent gun under 100 euros. Airsoft is not something to cheap out on.
Have fun trying to find a decent gun under 100 euros. Airsoft is not something to cheap out on.
I saw a airsoft gun for about 40 US dollars on some webpage (excluding tax and shipping). Are those reliable or not? Also there are cheap airsoft guns that work with a spring that you can find on markets in Poland, Russia, Croatia.

I don't know why your flaming this guy, he's asking questions that any starter would ask. Face it, you all started not knowing a thing between springers, LPEGS, AEGs, and GBBs, why not help the new guy out? The only cheap airsoft guns I can recommend are the springer multi shot shotguns made by DE, UTG, and TSD. Those run anywhere from $40-75 in the U.S. These shoot 3 bbs at a time and are fed by 30rd shells. After you've fired your 10 bursts, you remove the shell and insert another. These are one of the few guns you can use against higher end electric guns in CQB and still compete against them, assuming you get into skirmishing. I can attest that those shotguns do hurt like a bitch up close. Fired one at my friend from 10 feet and it left a nice triangular pattern of welts on his back. At further ranges past 100 feet, you'll feel a flick of the bb hit your clothing, but you'll most likely hear it hit you more often than not. I'd say start off with the shotgun. Everyone starts with a springer of sorts. If it turns out you like it, then you can invest into a Chinese budget AEG. Going price of those is anywhere from $100-$200 in the U.S.
sup guys. I totally ignored all of the posts, aside from the op, so don't get pissed off at me if I didn't read something. to lazy to go through 16 pages. anyway, me, a few of my buddies, have all talked about getting into airsofting. I've done it before, but only recently have I really had the urge to get serious with it, lol. I don't have any good guns, so I've been looking on AirsoftGI for some, and wanted to know if these were good. (3 stars, 4 stars, 5 stars, good/bad etc.)
AKS WITH RAILS OMG NOO!!! Yes those guns are good starters. They are Jing Gong which are a pretty decent brand.
At least get fake wood: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=5678 And there's always Cyma's great starter gun: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_206&products_id=1484 ...which are both out of stock
ye, that's what I heard. needed a confirmation. gotta wait till I move into my apartment though before I can order them, dunno how long it'll take. plus they're out of stock. :( [editline]02:43PM[/editline]
At least get fake wood: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=5678 And there's always Cyma's great starter gun: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_206&products_id=1484
those are nice, might swap the ak47 w/ the AK-47 RIS, considering the price difference.

My friend has the 2nd one, its good and he only payed $50 for it at a discount store in town.
Don't get the long barrel version though. Long barrel = bad. http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_181&products_id=3797 The reason they dropped the LB version from $60 to $45 ($5 less than the normal one) is because nobody wants it, and it's because the longer the barrel the harder it is to manuever in close quarters. A shotgun is meant to be a close quarters weapon.
ok.
Oh my, thank you all for the tips.

If you're getting an AK you should probably get a CYMA AK, but that's just me. Shotguns ARE a good way to start of getting started as well.
The one without the stock is cheaper though, hehe. I'd prefer to just get that, and the shotgun, and get the AK-47 RIS later on, along with the fake wood.

Batteries are so much easier to get in there, and it's usually more comfortable.
change of plans. talked to my friend who's an imo airsoft expert (www.youtube.com/airsoftfaction look how many fucking guns he has ) , and to Timebomb, and I've decided to get the following 2 for starting: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_206&products_id=2881 was going to originally get the one without the stock, timebomb and my friend, along with some of you guys said it was a bad idea, so timedout showed me this one. don't see why not? http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_206&products_id=1484 was going to originally get the fake wood one, but I hear this brand is the best for ak47s.
Good choices, but why are you getting two?
i've got a close friend, whom me and him both had the idea of airsofting in the first place, figured i'd share it with him if we ever go to an event or something i guess. plus once he gets a job, i'll have two for myself, plus more i intend to buy in the future. i can always share with another friend who doesn't have one either, too, if i bring someone with me to an event, or just want to shoot at some targets, etc.
Why not just buy one nicer one.
i'd like to have a small variety, rather than just a few sexy expensive ones. yeah i'm one of those kinds of guys. sucks being unemployed and being into stuff like this.
For CYMA guns be sure to get the ones numbered CM.031 and higher. You have the CM.028 listed as one of your choices. I mean it's an ok gun, but the higher numbered versions will be better and last longer, so it's worth spending a little more. Also, Dboys makes some great AK's, both externally and internally. Going to cost a little more, but I preferred the Dboys AK over the CYMA AK I had. http://www.airsoftgi.com/index.php?cPath=139_24_211
ye, that's what darksamus told me, i'm going to change that, and just go with the first one, the 31. open to suggestions for a 2nd one, i've bookmarked to many things to go through and i'm to tired to browse through the site. hit me. :downs:
DBoys makes sexy AK's. I have a AKS 74un and its really nice. I got a lemon though so watch out.
The WE MK16 SCAR GBBR looks awesome, but a few questions if anyone's willing to answer them. Would this gun be practical if I play at a field where most everyone uses AEGs? Where would you buy mags for the thing and do they come in higher capacity than 30 rounds?
I can't choose between these two guns. Help please! http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_25_151&products_id=3910 http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_25_151&products_id=3033

Outside of that it's hard to see them being practical, but I've seen people do it before. Mags are only made in 30rd versions. I know Evike sells spare mags for them, and most retailers should carry them.
