Should I get a tightbore for my barrel upgrade? My gun currently borderlines the FPS limit and I heard sometimes tightbores increase the FPS. I just want more accuracy, not more FPS.
If you don't already, use heavier BBs. Unless your field has separate FPS limits for weights (mine is just 370 maximum with any bb, pretty much.) Besides, with a tightbore, you'll want heavier BBs so the wind doesn't affect them.
I think the question was asked earlier, and someone said to get the spring compressed, and leave it over night. It will make it shoot softer. But I'm not an expert, so get someone to verify that this is an OK idea.
I use .25s currently. Most fields around here use 400 limit regardless but a few of the nicer places have separate limits for weights. Maybe after a while ill get one because then the spring will compress enough.
Anybody know any decent radios?
How about cheap walkie-talkies?

Thanks bruh
Would a crane stock battery fit in a Airsoft GI Custom G4-A5? I bought one this morning, but they have very little information on it, considering how they added it yesterday.

A crane stock battery will fit in anything. Anything.

Sweet. I'm using the one from my A&K SR-25, and I didn't want to buy another one if this one would fit.
Also, does anyone else notice how many unboxing/review videos on airsoft are from kids who range 12-14?

its because they think they're the only people capable of doing that particular action
How To Fail At Reviewing:
1: Get lots of really close up shots on the gun to show the extreem awesomeness of your Crosman AK
2: Make sure you state the obvious that your gun is powered by batteries, or compressed gas.
3: Never keep the camera still, or mount it. That is bound to give you horrible shots.
4: Always take at least 25% of the video to gaze upon the awesomeness of the box.
5: Play music in the background to block out all audio. Make sure that it's recorded on the video, and not put in after in WMM so it has minimum quality.
6: Make the review in your full gear to show how cool it is.
7: Only review guns after they have been heavily externally modified.
Feel free to add to the list.
basing your review on how cool you think it looks and for having very mundane features like a bolt that can move
typed reviews are better
I like doing video reviews so people can see what their getting with them moving picturs.
I mostly do it because I'm bored though.

And for a slim hope of a possible YT partnership in the distant future.

You need a new intro, bro.

8. Be sure to shoot at targets less than 30 feet away.
9. Giggle.
10. Have brother or sister hold the camera and focus on something other than the gun.
Any sites you guys know of that sell lots of kinds of camouflage? Dunno what to call them because BDU isn't necessarily the right word. There's a local surplus store, but it's got all the generic kinds, MARPAT, Desert MARPAT, a bit of used (faded) flecktarn, woodland, etc. I want something a little more obscure.
Check the OP

so you want cammies that aren't flecktarn, dcus, bdus, or marpat?
so you want cammies that aren't flecktarn, dcus, bdus, or marpat?
I don't know what I want, I just know I don't want those. And since I can't get CADPAT I thought I'd try looking for something else I rarely see in person.
Is that a stupid question? I don't know much about camo.
You need a new intro, bro.
I know, I made it quickly with little footage. Now that I'm getting more into MILSIM and playing with more people I'll be able to get some epic games filmed.

ACU? They are extremely cheap, maybe like $60 bucks tops for a jacket and pants.

If you want to be seen wherever you go...
Eh, just did a bit of research. It's not just because my local surplus store is a bit lacking, there really isn't much else. Looks like I'll be doing MARPAT, it's either that or a Russian camo, which I'd rather not use since I have an M4 variant.

I've kind of changed my mind on ACU. It's not that bad. It's good in the snow, an environment that usually requires a camouflage of it's own kind, and at night, which all camos are but digital camos seem more effective at night.
But it's still really bad in an environment that's more brown than green, that's like 90% of the places you'll be playing airsoft.

Go to fields that have urban scenarios, which is what its designed for.
[editline]02:45AM[/editline]
It's probably easier for me to say since I live in Florida, and the majority of the fields are located in abandoned buildings or near dead grass.

I'm liking the Italian Vegetato. I'm worried about the sizing and colouring. It won't matter so much if the colours are off, considering nobody is going to know what it is when they see it, so accuracy to the original isn't important. Still kind of annoying.
But the sizing. I've heard chinese BDUs are horrible with sizing correctly. How do I do this correctly? I guess you need to have ordered BDUs from them before to know though.
I'm 6' 2" and ~150 lbs, I ordered a Large to be safe, it's a little baggy, as in I have to use a belt, but besides that, it fits me.

I suggest just taking some measurements yourself, make sure you look up how to take measurements correctly first.
