My Mac11 uses the NS2 system and it seemed fine.

I have 2 552 Eotech clones, one using AA and the other using AAA. Ebaybanned sells a variety of Eotechs for around $50-$60 with free shipping. If you don't mind long wait times then I'd order from them. I got my Eotechs from them and was relatively satisfied. http://www.ebairsoft.com/rifle-sight-scope-c-32.html
Any know any good M9 or PPK GBBs? I found this one http://www.actionhobbies.co.uk/KWA-M9-PTP-Full-Metal_ARVOB~0.aspx I'm in the UK btw.
That's the one I'm planning on getting, with the NS2 system. Although, I was looking at the Airsoftgi one, not sure if there's any difference.
How many woulf you recommend? It comes with a 30 round mag, but I can buy 50-round TM mags too.
Depends on the kind of games and the way you play. 5 of the 30 round ones seems like a good idea for short skirmishes. The 50 round ones are a bit unwieldy but it's good to have 2 or 3 to use when you really need to.
I'll ask again from a few pages ago: Are there any good Airsoft glocks out there that are readily available? AFAIK, the KWA/KSC ones have pretty much gone the way of the dodo at this point.
No readily available GBB airsoft glocks. Gotta get them used.
From what I know, KJW makes decent Glocks.
I'm looking heavily into getting a CA G3 but I don't really know anyone with that much experience with it. What parts would be recommended for me to get? I want to keep this gun in semi a lot, and heard that the ECHO1 version :rolleye: jams a lot in semi, I doubt this does this but I'd still like to know if it does or not. I know I'd get a new inner barrel and the like, I just want to know if I would need anything else.
If you want to prevent semi auto lock ups, just stick with a 9.6v battery and you should be fine. Unfortunately G3's don't take large 9.6v batteries (at least I don't think they do) so you'll have to use mini batteries instead. Other than that just keep the gun stock then decided what you really want to do with it. There's no real need to start upgrading a gun before you even try it in a few games. On a side note, be gentle with the stock. I've seen numerous CA G3 solid stocks snap at the rear body pins.
On a side note, be gentle with the stock. I've seen numerous CA G3 solid stocks snap at the rear body pins.
But I was going to play baseball with it and hit a home run with the stock. Did the users have trouble with re-attaching the stock, and was anything else damaged in the break from what you saw or heard? As for the battery I'll have to do some more searching, I hate sites that give little information on some aspects of the gun.
When I say the stock broke off, I mean it snapped off, as it you won't be using it ever again. The body itself is metal, and was fine. All that's needed is another replacement stock. These stocks also broke under normal circumstances, such as a slight drop or bash.
omg y'all suck i make my own guns not really i just cut myself at night
From what I know, KJW makes decent Glocks.

No readily available GBB airsoft glocks. Gotta get them used.
Thanks guys. Guess I'll head down to the nearby AEX and try my luck there as well.
I am getting a JG M4 S-System with a NC Star Red dot scope and a vertical grip. And I need help on finding a silencer that will fit, and I want to know if there is any other recomended upgrades.
If you can, cancel the jg m4 s-system. It really isn't that great. I would recommend a JG MK36 instead, then get the same stuff. Any silencer with a 14mm clockwise thread should fit.
So, I'm pretty confident the battery is borked. I overcharged it, the charger fucked it over, something happened, I'd still like some of the people with a bit more experience to confirm this too. The Charger gets really hot and I can only get through about two hicaps before it dies. I'm going to get a Intellect 8.4v 36000mAh NiMH for my CA M15 with a full stock. Is this a good choice, will is fit? Second, is this cheaper universal charger going to be good enough? http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=1224 Or should I go for this one at a higher cost? http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=27_74&products_id=1715 I don't know anything about amps though so I'm not sure that'll be good for me or not. I'm most likely going to get the BOL one regardless. Also, could anyone tell me if I need a new spring? What are the symptoms of a weak/bad spring? Just so I know I'm not going after the wrong lead here. I'm sure I need a new battery regardless though. [editline]04:30PM[/editline] I'm going to use this battery with my stock CA M15, any chance I'll burn or fuck anything up? Also, apparently I can use the battery for extremely long skirmishes on one charge, any of that true?
I didnt want to get a Mk36 because they one of the most common airsoft guns.
And the s-system isn't?
And the s-system isn't?
beat me to it
I didnt want to get a Mk36 because they one of the most common airsoft guns.
That is a downright lie. M4s/M16s are a hell of a lot more common than Mk36s
I didnt want to get a Mk36 because they one of the most common airsoft guns.
I hardly ever see G36s out airsofting. I just saw one yesterday, a G36k, first one in a while. Now at the very same field, we even joke about it, I'd say more than half of us have M4 variants. Get something unique, check back here with it though. If I could choose again I probably wouldn't go with an M4/16, but I love it to death though so it doesn't bother me much it's the most common gun around.
The only thing is, M4 variants have a ton of aftermarket parts and replacements which makes it easy to customize it how you want. My dboy PDW is amazing and I love it, but I can hardly find anything to customize it with other than optics and rail attachments. I can't add a crane stock, I can't add fancy magpul hand guards, and I'm not even sure if the internals are compatibale with M4 style internals.
I have a 200-250$ buget and I only want to spend about $150 on the gun and the rest upgrades
I have a 200-250$ buget and I only want to spend about $150 on the gun and the rest upgrades
What kind of gun are you looking for? CQB? Field? AK? M4? What?
I need a field gun, no real restriction on budget. I fucked my gun up so bad trying to fix it that I need to send it in for repairs and I think I really, royally screwed it over, beyond the inside work it needs that the outside is torn up too. So, I need a Field gun, I need recommendation, one with a long life and durability, good range and FPS. I've been looking at the Tavor but I don't know who carries it anymore or if it's all that good. I want some options so, bombs away. M4 preferably but I'll take a look at anything.

CA's newest models work great, just drop in a tightbore and you should have a pretty good field rifle. Most of them are shooting in the upper 300's out of the box I think, while their LWRC's are shooting over 400fps. The Tavor is a nice option too. If I had the money back when they had them in the states I would have bought one, it just felt so nice. If you get one though, get the railed version. The red dot it comes with isn't that bright and would just be hard to use honestly. An EOTech or ACOG should be good substitute.

Okay, opinion time: it being summer and all, I'm trying to finalize a loadout so I know what I'm going for, stuck between (model wise) FN P90 and FN F2000. Also considering going a bit mainstream with either a M4 or SCAR 16/17.
I've seen horror stories with my friend's JLS F2000. I'd have gone with the mainstream stuff.
