OP is a stoner that should know that aspirin is a deadly substance.
If it is a frisk then the officer can only frisk the suspected area, meaning if someone said "I saw him put pills in his jacket" then he is legally only allowed to check his jacket.
[editline]01:50PM[/editline]
It's completely legal to deny it however.
Last year in Criminal and Personal Law class we have a set up where the teacher put a bag of oregano into a student's backpack.
A school hall monitor, the principle, and a police officer came in. Removed the student and told him he was under suspicion of having illegal substances.
They searched his bag, made him shit himself when they pulled out the oregano, and then explained that the school has rights over all student's property while they are in the building or on campus.
ummmm
were you handing out drugs in the park?
No.
wah wah this is bullshit
Nobody likes you.
Nuhuh. There is no such thing as signing rights away.
Remember I'm talking purely legal. You can get apprehended by the school administration, but you cannot get into trouble with the law.
And the school is not allowed to search his car if he doesn't allow it.
I phrased it poorly. I meant that students sign something that lets the school take disciplinary action against them should they choose not to waive the rights if the school tells them to.
ummmm

Nah bro, that was me.
Wah wah my school is unfair.
Yeah I was going to post something like this, but for asprin? Yeah, that warrants a moan.

The police officer is extremely important here.
Removed the student and told him he was under suspicion of having illegal substances.
Only in his bag are the police allowed to search.
They searched his bag, made him shit himself when they pulled out the oregano, and then explained that the school has rights over all student's property while they are in the building or on campus.
That is false however. The school does not have the rights to take away student property. The school is not above the law.
wait what
[sp]snip[/sp]

Disciplinary action, not legal action.
My school is actually light sometimes. If you have an offensive shirt you don't get detention, ISS or OSS. You are given a sweatshirt or if you have one you're told to wear it. Fucking love North jersey.
I love college
Ha you should dress up as louis and steal yo pills back while you shoot up the place.
I have to tuck my shirt in, wear a belt, and wear khakis and polos with no logos, writing, or anything on them. Every day. And if a teacher sees you doing something wrong outside of school, they can give you a demerit. If you miss a after school detention you get to go to school from 8:00-12:PM on a Saturday.
Disciplinary action, not legal action.
I never said legal action. You're disagreeing with me on something I never argued.
It might sound like I'm acting upon technicalities but here is the big thing.
If you are carrying illegal drugs and a school administrator wants to search you, you can completely deny the search. You'll probably get suspended yes, but the big important thing is that you cannot be arrested.
And if a teacher sees you doing something wrong outside of school, they can give you a demerit.
Find a teacher doing something wrong out of school and blackmail them.
I never said legal action. You're disagreeing with me on something I never argued.
No, I was arguing about something and you interjected with something about disciplinary action. I then replied that I wasn't talking about disciplinary action.
Don't like US public schools? tell your parents to go to the TPA and vote on the rules.
or go to a private school/homeschool
Or sit it through, graduate, and get a job like I did.

Or let them search you and take the drugs, and when the cops come claim to have never seen the drugs before in your life, but that you have noticed your teacher acting strange lately.
This was joke advice guys, don't use it.

You could also overdose on coughdrops!
No, I was arguing about something and you interjected with something about disciplinary action. I then replied that I wasn't talking about disciplinary action.
And then I replied that I wasn't talking about legal action and we got into this whole thing.
Let's stop so I don't have to make more enemies on Facepunch.
