You can pick up dropped weapons now in Team Fortress 2, this guy is having a melt down because he died and a player wearing the gibus and pyrovision goggles (seen as a "noob" hat set basically) picked up his Golden Frying Pan (One of the most rare weapons in the game) and killed him with it.
In short posh player has meltdown because new player killed him with his own expensive, rare weapon.
