I actually got my mom one to help her stop smoking, and it was extremely effective. She doesn't use it as often as she used regular cigarettes either.
Tobacco is super expensive in Norway too, so we've saved a whole lot of money.
Not to mention the advantage of mint smell as opposed to tobacco smell.
But that's just an anecdote. I see a lot of potential in the things.
I've honestly only met one person who's used an e-cig in the way internet memes describe them.
My friend tired to get me into vaping so I could go to smoke blowing competitions with him.
We dont really talk anymore.
