How's it feel to be the 3rd most important thing in his life?
BMW pulls into my schools parking alot, drive around reving his engine then drives off. Whole time we were like "look at the showoff in the BMW probably just came from the car wash". It's like they are born to be pricks
I was hoping to get a BMW 5- or 7 series later, but nevermind then :smith:
The only acceptable stock BMWs to show off in are the 7 and and 8 series
The new one that came out i'd blowjob anyone that was driving one
The new 8 series? The front grille doesn't look like it belongs on there
The new M5
Eh, not really a fan of the new rounded BMWs, the older gens with the square bodies are godly though
When it goes down to one lane because of construction and almost everyone decides to get in the lane that's closing and try to pass everyone. Then when they get to where the lane ends and try to get in, they just hold traffic up even more. Stay in the open lane, and go.
People who don't use turn signals until 1 second before they turn.
People who feel the need to come to a complete stop at a roundabout, even if no one's in it.
People who text and drive.
People who don't understand you can turn right on a red.
People who ride your ass, even if you're going over the speed limit.
Michigan roads(God damn one of the only flaws about living here)

Damn, you two are cruel. :v: He's actually a really nice guy :P
People who don't use turn signals until 1 second before they turn.
Not one second, but I don't sit there in my lane signalling for like 3 seconds or whatever it is before moving, spot's gone by then.
People who feel the need to come to a complete stop at a roundabout, even if no one's in it.
Lots of blind roundabouts around here with fences right up to the boundary lines, gotta stop or you'll kill someone.
People who text and drive.
Guilty.
People who don't understand you can turn right on a red.
Can only do this in Australia if it's signposted.
Removing the ban on pumping your own doesn't automatically mean those people are out of work. It doesn't say "You must go self-service". It simply allows self-service pumps.
I just don't see the point for mandatory-by-law full service. I can understand having it as a luxury if someone wants it, but I've never had trouble pumping my own and I don't want to have to rely on someone else to do something I'm perfectly capable of doing myself. I also don't want to be locked out of filling up at three in the morning because there's no pump attendants on duty at that time, and I'm one of those crazy SOBs that will take a third shift job that would see me out-and-about at that time.
Get out --> Set pump up on one of the stops --> get back in --> Get out when it clicks off. That's what I do. Also, most of our pumps are under large roofs where pouring rain isn't an issue...unless it's raining sideways. But if it's raining sideways you probably shouldn't be getting gas in the first place.
I don't really see how that could make car insurance lower either. It's not like it's difficult to pump your own.
No one would go to the full service stations because they would be around 5-10 cents more a gallon, this is the same reason that since gas prices started to rise that many of the slightly more expensive ones shut down in the area over 3-4 cent differences despite the gas being absolute shit quality for the extra 50 cents and better service per fill up. The certification and quality testing here on gas is also very terrible and the locally refined gas compared to the Canadian import gas is so noticeable that some vehicles just flat out don't like it or filling up with it but is normally just hit and miss.
Yeah, I do a majority of night time driving and having fewer gas stations open really sucks. There's a shell out on the very edge of town which is open 24/7 though which isn't too far out of my way.
If it's raining here, it's raining sideways. Awnings don't mean shit here.. If you pump on the end pumps you'll still get rained on no matter what if your window is even open.
how about us with locking gas caps or doors, have to hand them your keys so they can open it, that would suck.
but while pumping gas is a perfect time to check the coolant level and oil.
hell my dads old silverado (91model) before he replaced the motor, you would fill it up with oil and check the gas level.
You turn your car off anyways, it's not much harder to take your keys out and hand it to the person. My buddy has a detachable thing on his for his house keys/gas key, that works pretty nice too.
I have to let my car sit for like 10 minutes otherwise my dipstick won't read correctly and I've never owned a vehicle with a coolant/fluid problem other than oil. Nothing is stoping you from exiting your vehicle to get something from the mini-mart or checking fluids though.

Anything with limbs could use indicators but it's sure as fuck obvious that humans aren't able to.

The weather never really bugs me when I pump gas. Not to say I like standing in -10 F weather, but it only takes maybe a minute or two to fill my tank anyway. No point in getting back in the car.
I love how my car makes the typical rawring sound even at 3k rpm and everyone thinks im speeding. I'm going 30 and some lady on the side of street puts her hand out for me to slow down, yet the dumb bitch will probably short stop signs or cut people off
I hate high school students with a license.
They usually drive the most ridiculous, cause the most accidents, and are absolutely horrible drivers. (I'm not saying all are, but fuck, where I lived in Georgia we had a whole section of the parking lot dedicated to asshat drivers)
However, I have to say that living here in Greece has taught me to be the best defensive driver in the world. Crete is sort of well known for the insane drivers, so I can proudly say that I'm among them. :v:

I have to agree; although I did hate it when it was in the low teens in Georgia and I was pumping gas for my '66 Galaxie 500. It didn't have any running heat so my hands were like Popsicles only made worse when I had to jump out and pump gas in the morning.

8 Series? Is this a concept or something?
Nope. They were built from 89 to 99, with 30 thousand built. They might start making them again soon, in the form of a super-sleek supercar:

I HATE THIS SO MUCH
Going to take a lot of flak for this, but...
SUVs and large pickups.
I drive a fairly low riding sedan, and most of the rear windows for SUVs start at where my roof ends.
Normally when I drive, I look through the rear window of the car ahead of me to see what's going on in front (it gives me more warning when braking), but when I'm stuck behind some SUV, I have absolutely no idea what's going on in front of me beyond the SUV. It doesn't help that most people that own SUVs in Florida are either:
A. Older than the dinosaurs.
B. High school students with a death wish.
They suddenly brake for no apparent reason (both), veer all over the lane (both), brake too late (both), drive too slow (old people), or drive way too damn fast (students).
Smaller trucks like Ford Rangers or Jeeps don't have this issue, but I can't see shit when anything bigger is in front of me.
I HATE THIS SO MUCH
I've had multiple people come to my door and tell me to slow down on my street. Every time I explain to them that loud =/= fast. Twice I've had them sit in my car and drive up the street at 20mph so they understand how fucking retarded they are.

Trust me, I've wanted a new 8er for quite a while now.
I fucking HATE when leaves are stuck on peoples cars
it fucking irks me so much
I pick them off sometimes in parking lots
seriously hate it
oncoming 4x4 drivers who dont move over and make me go onto the banks or through puddles in country lanes. My car is lowered, yours is raised!!
I HATE THIS SO MUCH
My neighbor came to my car window at 6:15AM saying i speed past his house when his little girl is playing on the street with her scooter. I told him i have a 3800 Series V6, It's going to make a loud burbing sound even when im going 15-25mph cause it's so easy to hit 3k rpm. He disagrees and said im going atleast 40mph past his house. I responded with "sorry, maybe i did once didn't mean it"

Funnily enough I have this problem fairly often as well. I just don't get it, I'm in a half-ton of my own yet I can't see anything past their license plate. Why are modern trucks and SUVs so effing large?! I park mine next to it's 2012 descendant and it's like I parked next to an aircraft carrier or something. Absolutely dwarfed.

Sort of interesting how this:

Turned into this:

In just 20 years. Feel like two entirely different classes of vehicles.
