i <3 this show so much i lol'd when walter said he had to milk him
The recent plot twists are turning me off the show, actually.
Ok, fuck this, seriously.
I find it ridiculous that only a 10% of the population counts in the ratings count.
If Fringe does get cancelled then I'm done with network television, it's always the same old story. When there's a season finale, you're no longer wondering what's gonna happen next, you're wondering if you're ever gonna get to see what happens next.
I guess I'll just enjoy it while it lasts :smith:
fringe isnt on par with firefly or even heroes though
Heroes was rubbish, it had only one good season, and then they just started to fill the story with more bullshit. I wouldn't even put it in the same sentence as Fringe.
Firefly is god-tier and I agree, no sci-fi show will ever top it's awesomeness.
Eh I'm not sure I haven't seen it an ages so I won't pass judgement on something I don't really know about anymore, sorry.
Man I really hope they don't cancel Fringe without finishing it all. It's the only thing I watch, and the only thing that I like. Just like X-files.
if they cancel fringe we should all get together and make our own season 4 and end fringe

i'll bring the free food
ok heres a storyline
the two universes both go to shit more and more and the agent we know from last episode that helped out is actually the same guy as in the other universe and is here to infiltrate our universe and fuck it all up
peter goes in the machine to save everything instead of destroying anything but it doesnt work
somehow they make william bell a new body (his own) and he fixes the machine and everything is allright
Or something like that, anyways.
Maybe Belly will come up with a way of growing a shapeshifter body for himself or something like that.
They better not cancel Fringe, it's awesome. Latest episode was great.
I'm so far behind in Fringe, I haven't watched it in Months.
I need to catch up...

Man, garbage like American Dad, Cleveland Show, Chicago Code(trying so hard to be the next 24), Glee, and even The Simpsons are all going to outlive quality television shows like Fringe... it's sad really.
I blame the Nielsen Ratings system. It's bullshit.
Actually, it's people's fault for: a) not being a part of the Nielsen system and b) watching fucking stupid shows like the ones mentioned above.
You can't really choose to be part of the Nielsen system, afaik.
They select people at random.
And yeah, it's a ridiculously stupid method of calculating ratings... they don't even count people who DVRed the show!
But then again, they only care about people sitting through the commercials that air during the episode.
They gave me 5 bucks to track my tv watching habits for a week. Definitely made sure I got fringe in mine as much as possible.
Well... it's confirmed.
Fringe is...

I'm fucking beyond excited.
FOX has finally come to their senses... though you just have to wonder why they would renew the show especially with its awful ratings.
Fuck you The_Marine, you beat me to it.
Anyway this is fucking great, suck on that TVByTheNumbers.
FUUCK YEEEEESSSS!
I was worried there that Fox would make it fatal mistake again, but someone high up there must like this show.
That someone is Kevin Reilly, entertainment president of Fox.
Whoa, so [sp]the doctors worked for the observers, who are helping the other universe[/sp]!?
Awesome episode.
I wonder what the deal is with [sp]Walternate and that blood sample? I think they're going to try and use the blood to activate that doomsday device.
And as for the Observers, I think they're working to make the two universes implode or something.[/sp]
Next week's ep looks like it'll be a ball.
I knew that [sp]Brandon was part of it but never expected that Walternate put him up to it. What was the deal with the mother tagging along? Was she also in on it cause from what it seemed to me it looked like she was blocking the view or something.[/sp]
[sp]I thought the mother was going to be killed or something but then I saw how she was acting around them and it definitely seems like she's been in on it from the get go.
Now the question is: In on WHAT exactly?[/sp]

Actually, [sp]taking blood from the foot like that is a normal medical procedure for newborns. They do that to check for various diseases and for deficiencies in the blood. Walternate just took advantage of that to get a blood smple for something, maybe seeing if he can power the device. I doubt that Bolivia's mom was in on it, and I think she is just protective of her grandson.[/sp]
I've been watching over season one, getting closer to the end.
I can't see how anyone wouldn't want to watch this show.
Awesome episode. Great news that it's being renewed. Brilliant show!
Whoa, so [sp]the doctors worked for the observers, who are helping the other universe[/sp]!?
I think it was made on purpose so that we would think that [sp]The Observers took the sample, while it at the end ultimately shows that it was all Walternate.[/sp]

Wow that's amazing. Really amazing!
the observers aren't supposed to interfere with anything though, i don't think they really have agenda, they're just there to observe
