What you want to do is download all of season 3 and watch it in time for the finale on Friday. Sounds doable to me
My internet is incapable of doing that.
That trailers got me stoked. Can't bloody wait!
[sp]Season 2, forgive me for being late while you all are in Season 3, but oh my god, I just saw Walter from the other universe when Peter was doing that investigation in the country. I kind of caught on that it would happen, because what would Walter do if the peter from Universe 1 was sick, but Universe 2 saw Universe 1 Walter miss the treatment that would of made his son better, but Universe 2 took Universe 1 Peter back to Universe 2, causing Walter in Universe 1 to wage war on Universe 2...
Mind fuck.[/sp]
Season 2 ending, oh god what the fuck.

The Fringe cast thanks you all.
Oh God,
NEW INTRO.
BRAD DOURIF.
HOT ASTRID.
OLIVIA'S NIECE IS NOW OLDER AND ATTRACTIVE.
BEARDED WALTER.
:neckbeard:
I'm loving the whole new future thing.
[sp]Love how we've basically become the alternate universe as a result of the Machine.[/sp]
God, this feels more like a season opener than a finale so far.
Loving it though, God damn this is cool shiz.

So is Anna Torv.
Anyway this episode was fucking awesome, Fringe just keeps getting better and better.
Peter: You're my dad.
I cried.
And then Walter eats some Twizzlers that Peter left him, cried again.

That finale was fucking crazy. Why do the two Walters hate each other if Peter never existed?
Fuck yeah, I knew they'd go back in time and fix it. I didn't think it would result in [sp]Peter's death[/sp] or that [sp]Walter built the machine[/sp], but I did think that Peter would wind up somehow forcing them not to fight in the present due to seeing the future.

One still nearly destroyed the other universe and the other knew it was necessary (though I imagine it's a bit confusing to him now). This series seems to follow modified Doctor Who rules with time travel. :psyduck:
Yes, but the whole point in him causing the chain reactions leading up to this was to save Peter. If Peter never existed, why would they be where they are now?

Well, if it really does follow Doctor Who rules, then it's because...
Okay, you got me. Let's wait and see. *Sits on the edge of his seat for months*
I love how "HOPE" and "WATER" are considered fringe sciences in the opening.
I also found this in the opening too

hey, who played olivia's niece in the finale?
The finale confused me. [sp]What happened to Peter?[/sp]
The finale confused me. [sp]What happened to Peter?[/sp]
I think the season finale basically wrote one of the major characters completely out of the show.
I don't think he will be back for the next season, which is fucking crazy.
This episode felt like a series finale, not a season finale.
I wonder if they did not expect to get the show renewed?
They basically tied up the most major loose ends... Just crazy.

I still don't understand what happened.
The way I see it, [sp]Peter created a tie between the two universes that connects them at a specific point. Now that room is the same in both universes. People from either universe can enter that room and interact, but when they exit they go back to their universe. We discovered that the machine isn't actually ancient, Walter just sent it back in time. Somehow, by connecting the two universes, Peter ERASED HIMSELF FROM HISTORY, and everyone immediately forgot about him because now he never existed.
Peter just got written out of the show.[/sp]
Great episode.
[sp]Dear god, killing Peters character off so the worlds can be saved? We will have to wait for next
season to see if he is really gone for good. My guess is there will be some fringe event to bring him back.[/sp]
that just blew my fucking mind, more than any tv show or movie has.
whoa
I didn't get the ending, what the hell happened?
I didn't get the ending, what the hell happened?
I'm thinking about watching it again as I don't think I truly know what happened either.

Nielsen called my home a few days ago, I'd assume to collect television viewership data from my household. If I had answered the phone, I could have added a few thousand points to Fringe's ratings. :sigh:
