So [sp]Olivia snapped and offed her abusive step-father in the universe without Peter. I'm trying to remember, did Peter convince Walter to get Olivia removed from the step-father's custody in the episode which recalled her childhood experience with the Cortexiphan trials? If so, it'd make sense that she stayed in his home until she couldn't take the abuse any more. [/sp]
IIRC [sp]Peter convinced Olivia to tell Walter about her step father, and than Walter threatened him if he didn't stop.[/sp]

Nope. Don't you remember that the last time Olivia and her stepfather (in the original universe) were together she shot him? It was mentioned in S1. I'd say that her being removed from his custody at that point had nothing to do with Walter. Above person is probably correct.
I think they really need to get Peter back soon, it will increase the ratings. I wonder how many more episodes until hes back, or if it will be an entire season without him?
It definitely won't be the entire season, I think everyone on the show is aware that it's highly likely season 4 will be the last season. I've heard the phrase 'sooner rather than later' thrown around a lot regarding Peter, and to me, that makes me think we'll start to see some serious shit regarding him around halfway through the season.
It's safe to say that around December 9th will be the last episode for the year until mid January, I think it's likely they'll leave it on a cliffhanger for that episode, the end result being Peter is back.
Until then though, we'll have to deal with maybe a minute relating to Peter at the end of each episode.
The 2nd issue is, in my opinion have been making money

They need to get peter back so they can drop Lincoln as the younger male team member character.
Seriously Lincoln go fall into a wormhole.
Lincoln's cool.

BOOYAKASHA!
Great episode, next week should be prrrrrrreeeeeetty interesting.
Peter should come back now, it's just painful seeing a vunerable and sad and confused Walter. :(
John Noble is such a good actor, I don't think I've gotten as attached to a character as I have to Walter.
Holy balls I completely forgot about the new season. HELL YEA!
I feel bad for Walter :saddowns:
I hope Walter's eye is ok and he's not half blind.

He didn't pierce his eye, he pierced the concaved part between your eye and upper nose.
It's sad to see Walter in such a bad state.
I haven't seen Walternate yet, I miss his evil plans.
Excellent episode.
[sp]He's baaaack[/sp]
Holy shit, next episode is going to be AMAZING!
I wonder how this'll develop
Holy shiiiiiiiiiiit
Poor Peter though.
1) Kidnapped
2) Put in another universe
3) Picked up by random woman to get a dad you kind of hate out of psych instititute
4) Have to babysit father while you still don't really like him
5) Go through a ton of nasty fringe shit
6) Find out your father is not your father
7) Your real father shows up after a lot of nasty shit, takes you home
8) The one you love shows up to take you back, you do abandoning your home and parents again
9) You find out the woman you love is not the real woman you love
10) Have to decide to sacrifice himself
11) Be nearly erased from existence
12) Nobody knows you.
God damn that's a shitty life.
On another note, when will they explain how come Olivia and Peter completely forgot their childhood meeting?
The first thing I thought when [sp]Peter popped up from the lake was Friday the 13th[/sp]
Should I even bother spoiler tagging? I'm pretty sure everyone is up to date with the episodes.
And he [sp]zapped into reality naked in a dirty lake[/sp] :(
I can't fucking wait for the next episode.
I think what happened was that when Walter and Alt-Peter fell through the ice, the observer did not help them out, creating this altered time stream.
Also it's a shame that this show is getting so very great when its ratings and viewership are so shrunk.
I think what happened was that when Walter and Alt-Peter fell through the ice, the observer did not help them out, creating this altered time stream.
Yes. That's why they had Walter say that Peter fell through the ice and died in one of the recent episodes.
Apparently when Walter called Astrid "Claire", it wasn't a poke at St. Claires, it was actually a shout-out to the actress's who plays Astrid girlfriend, heh.
And I was totally convinced it was Walter going on a tangent with St. Claire's...
I wish there was more of Walternate. He seems to have given up.
Where's the latest episode? Only thing I've been looking forward to this week.
I don't think there's a new episode until next week, sadly.
