[sp]The Observers have the journal...[/sp] [editline]15th December 2012[/editline] [sp]The Observers have Walter...[/sp]
Walter's tripping balls
I hope so that the real Walter will come back, but it is the last season and we're close to the end so this will probably not happen.
[sp] The Monty Python animation was my favourite part of this episode.[/sp]
Well, I've gotten back into Fringe, I stopped watching after season 3, and I just finished watching 4. Just saw the first episode of S5 and I have no clue
Y'know, Fringe has always been on my "need to watch" list for a long time, but there's never been any opportunity for me to start the series until Science started running it. I'm almost through season 1 and I'm totally engrossed. This is expected of me because I'm a huge X-Files fan, and the series share quite a common theme.

Also the latest episode was fantastic, best in a long while imo. The Walter[sp]tripping scenes[/sp]were actually meaningful to the story and we're finally moving forward again, which is great.

Song for Walter's trip scene, I believe;
Nevermind it was this song; For Walter's Monty Python-ish trip Shit I meant to edit. Sorry guys D:
Depending on who you talk to, the Monty Python part was either the worst part or the best part of the episode. I think it was the best. :v:
Been watching Fringe from season 1 to season 5 non-stop over the course of a few weeks. Damn this series is good.
Been watching Fringe from season 1 to season 5 non-stop over the course of a few weeks. Damn this series is good.
Sad to see it go soon.
Can't believe after tonight, there will only be 3 more episodes. ;_;
Wait what? :( I thought there'd be 20 episodes.
What a twist!
oh god my eyes please stop cutting onions [sp]Nina.. Donald is September.. My mind is full of fuck.... oh god, such a depressing episode, but so good[/sp]
[sp]I think Walter seeing Nina dead made him snap out of turning evil because right after he was worried what the observers would do to the child[/sp]
I'm still slightly confused at what Michael gave Walter for his vision... It showed basically the events unfold from this time, to now.. But then.. Someone holding onto; [sp]September's older, former human self with hair[/sp] so... I'm still lost and sad ; can't get to sleep nina is depressing me this show gave me ptsd
Damn that was well done by the writers.
Breaks my heart realizing there's only two more episodes of this fantastic show
Fringe needs to stop toying with my emotions.
Breaks my heart realizing there's only two more episodes of this fantastic show
Aren't there 13 episodes this season?
Did you guys know that the betamax camcorder Walter has can't playback through the viewfinder, it's viewfinder was optical. They should have used a VHS prop, more believable.
Breaks my heart realizing there's only two more episodes of this fantastic show
I thought it was three more. I hate it's the only decent sci-fi and now it's going away too. Why have they cancelled all the sci-fi shows?
betamax is nerdier
betamax is nerdier
You think that's nerdy, U-matic needed a separate VCR for recording and you had to walk around with it. :v:

Why have they cancelled all the sci-fi shows?
Because people don't find them interesting. Granted, I love Doctor Who and Fringe equally, Fringe just.. Didn't get enough attention, and they could only carry the storyline they had in motion for so long. With Walters experiments in the first season, second season with the mentioning of parallel universes. Then the third season with them actually going through the universes and try to destroy one another. Then the 4th where they band together to collapse the universes so they both won't be destroyed, causing Peter to disappear. Then somehow come back because Olivia and Walter started remembering him. So, truly, they only had so many options before the show became monotonous.
I honestly loved it most during the first couple seasons when it felt like a sci-fi version of CSI, when all they had to worry about was the day-to-day crime fighting with a twist.
Honestly I still have a hard time coming to the sudden change in scenery between the last two seasons. Kinda feel like too many stuff from the past season where left unanswered sadly.

Man I love how it's all coming full circle like, that kid was in season 1, and now we finally find out who it is. I agree this season is weird with it not having the other universe's or Lincoln and especially a lack of Broyles.
