This list is all about opinions, even if another game was technically better. I think that a lot of games in that list do not even deserve to be nominated.

The VGAs try each year to suck less and less but I don't think it's working.

It also made me think about multiplayer in games. I play a lot of Team Fortress 2, and when I compare it with Black Ops, I begin to see why I love Team Fortress 2, and why I simply don't enjoy Black Ops. Team Fortress 2 has so many ways to play, so many weapon combinations to try out, so many uniquely implemented gametypes, that it simply dwarfs any diversity Black Ops hopes to have. Classes in TF2 define entire new types of gameplay, stealth, tower defense, etc. whereas classes in Call of Duty seem to determine what is essentially the firing rate and damage of your weapon. I fervently believe that Call of Duty games are grossly overrated, and reviewers need to think more about what makes a good game when reviewing it. [/quote]
