LucasArts is EU though? Anything that isn't the movies is EU. Wait, is the Clone Wars EU or Main Canon?

It's above other EU in canon because it had George Lucas working on it, but lower than the movies because it's not directly apart of the movie series.
I thought the Empire had heavy anti-nonhuman policies which is why there were very few non-human high ranking Imperial Officers with the main exception being Thrawn?
i'd guess non-humans are accepted into the Empire's ranks if they're exceptionally useful, and that means the "incomprehensibly gifted tactical genius" or "force-sensitive darksider assassin" kind of useful

Secret Order (Inqusitors) has quite the range of aliens, have a look at Jk1/DF2, you'll see in that band of sith there is only one human. If you were useful to the emperor I guess he was going to keep you around, like he did with Thrawn.
Guys, every single example you've given has been after Palpatine died.
Thrawn's existence was an Imperial Secret for the longest time - the Rebels thought he didn't exist. It wasn't like he just signed up, either. He was already a war hero for the Chiss Ascendency.
Jerec's faction was a splinter group that formed after Endor. As a warlord, Jerec could rewrite the rules of his little slice of the Empire as he pleased. He was an alien already; of course he would recruit more alien apprentices.

We'd better meet Jerec, even if he just has a little cameo.

This guy fits the bill better than that Pau'an Maul knockoff in the video.
Hopefully this series will be more geared towards an older audience. I know the Clone Wars series had its moments where it seemed like it was that way but it seemed like a lot of parts of the show were really held back because it wasn't.
Hope stormtroopers arent made the butt joke of the series like the droids were because its a kids cartoon and they're the bad guys minions.

They did say that they're lifelong fans of this setting so maybe there's hope.

Darth Vader was covered under Palpacare.
