if i can ever find this in stock anywhere, i'm so buying it came in my jeans
Seen one of them once in HMV, cost around 300 euro. A man can dream.
Can get the DVD version for about £30, but who would want that.
I got the 5 disc edition on DVD when it came out in 2007, and then the 2 disc blu ray I bought the other week. I didn't realise there was a 5 disc blu ray til after :( I'll buy it anyway though.
i haven't been able to find the briefcase in any stores : (
screw it, I'm gonna watch The Final Cut tonight. :pcgaming:
Anyone ever seen the Workprint? I've got it in the 5 DVD set.
I've only seen the Final Cut. I intend to keep it that way after seeing a bit of the theatrical cut on television and hearing some of the narrative bits.
A friend of mine has the briefcase. It costs a lot of monies. Blade Runner is one of my favorite movies, since it blends cyberpunk with noir'ish storytelling. The game wasn't bad either. Vangelis did a helluva good job on the soundtrack too.
Girlfriend fell asleep during the first 20 minutes of it. Yeah we're still toghether (suprisingly), and no I never got around to slapping some sense into her, but I haven't watched a single movie with her since. Should have figured when she told me she though The Hottie and the Nottie was funny.
The Nottie was funny.
Eugh.... That's like film blasphemy.
no [editline]24th May 2011[/editline] everything was all slow synth though, how can you like that crap
Sorry, but Vangelis and Jarre are awesome. I love the soundtrack to this film.
Just saw it. Thought it was OK, nothing special.
The soundtrack reminds me of Mass Effect. A lot. Also [sp]Deckard isn't a replicant. Ford said so himself that he thinks deckard isn't a replicant. If deckard was a replicant then the movie wouldn't have that mystery and internal conflict it has. Also the audience would lose connection with deckard[/sp]
Just saw it. Thought it was OK, nothing special.
Nice shitty review there.
Nice shitty review there.
yeah because i said i was reviewing it. i just gave my opinion on it.
Harrison Ford as Jack Sparrow lmao that is like casting Clint eastwood as puff the magic dragon ~
It'd be a very interesting and different version. He played a pirate before. Han freaking Solo. Imagine a film which is basically Han Solo on the sea.
Turns out Sean Young took some polaroids while on the set of Blade Runner. Pretty good ones at that. http://www.stylebistro.com/Fashion+Forum/articles/8LkcH04H2n_/Sean+Young+Blade+Runner+polaroids
yeah because i said i was reviewing it. i just gave my opinion on it.
It's your opinion, and you're entitled to it, but it's ignorant and naive.
yeah because i said i was reviewing it. i just gave my opinion on it.
If you want people to actually listen or be interested in your opinion then you have to state why you thought that. Don't need a massive review to explain why.
i dont.
Then why would you post it then if you don't want people to listen to you or be interested in what you have to say? You earn every box that comes your way sir.

I watched the Director's Cut first and it never occurred to me that he might be a replicant. Of course I never thought much of the replicant/human divide. The only differences are the ones we place on them and with all the replicants shown they seem to have decent emotional development, just nothing to connect it to. They can feel, they just don't know what to feel about what.
just watched the final cut. this is still one of my most favorite movies. the lighting and tone is absolutely awesome
Did anyone else notice this in Final Cut... Every character who is a replicant, at some point, the camera lens catches their eyes in such a way that makes them look red and artificial. Then they blink and it goes. It happens to Rachael, the Owl, Zhora, Pris and Baty (didn't notice it on Leon). Anyone have an opinion on this? Did it happen in any of the previous versions? It didn't happen to Deckard...;)
Yeah I actually noticed that, but I haven't seen any other version of the film so I didn't know it was just the final cut
yeah same, I'll have to dig out my old DVD at some point.
