Get my results in a text tomorrow morning, should be interesting. Don't have to feel sorry for me though, I got 5 unconditional offers so this is more or less the least stressful exam results day ever.
Well I imagine I did okay in Computer Science, and I already know I did alright in IT. Maths on the other hand...
I get my results tomorrow and if I don't pass both Higher Computing and Higher Administration, I'm probably going to have severe problems.

What is Higher Admin like I might need to take it as a filler subject next year because my school is forcing us to take atleast 4 more highers

I remember the Higher Computing exam being the easiest I've ever done, finished it well before the time was up. Even with that I dropped Adv Higher Computing after a month, complete lack of study material and lack of guidance when it came to programming.

If you had compulsory business management in second year, its basically all the spreadsheety shit you did in that, for a year.

Dropped Computing once I finished it in Standard Grade. Was going to pick it up in my last year but couldn't fit it in, ended up doing Physics instead. Significantly harder (its not hard to be harder than the fucking visual basic shit we did), but more interesting
I'm thinking of doing a Programming course at Uni instead of continuing History, I hear from more advanced Engineering students that it comes in handy. Wish I could do both along with my Engineering.
It just hit me that the maintenance on UCAS ends at 0900 tomorrow morning, meaning I can probably check to see if I got into uni before the postman comes with all my results.
Good luck man

Really? What programming language?
Really? What programming language?
Lack of guidance from the teacher I mean, it was Visual Basic but when you are trying to write your own program and have next to no resources to help besides googling it it becomes too time consuming. At this point I was doing 3 other Adv Highers.

Somehow, I failed it twice. This was my third and final try. Each time I've felt like I did well.
if i dont get in to uni im holding facepunch solely responsible
History Advanced Higher A
Mathematics Advanced Higher Fail
Physics Advanced Higher C
I did hardly any studying for Maths so not that surprising. Physics I'll probably be able to get my head around fully at Uni. History was the only subject I was remotely into working hard for this year so I'm glad I did well in it.

This time I was right.
Higher Computing A
Higher Administration A
Got me highers back.
Maths - A
Art - A
Music - A
English - A
Physics - B
Tbh, I'm well chuffed with the result!
POSTMAN HASN'T CAME YET FUCKING
Should've signed up for the email/text! Came in at 2am
I know, I've never done that though. I considered doing it this year but I didn't want to break the trend.

I'm not superstitious or anything but you never know
got my sqa results in
failed business
D in AH graphics
C in politics and a swell ass A in photography.
that a carries me into my chosen course at Edinburgh Napier, having met conditions.
A in advanced history means I'm going to University, fucking over the moon right now.
AAAC. I'm happy as shit with that. But I got an A for fucking English (only exam I was proper worried about) and a fucking C for Art, what the christ I thought it would be the other way around
Anything will be better than 6th year.
A in Higher Computing
A in Higher Technological Studies
B in Higher Maths
B in Higher Physics
C in Higher English
Which means I shouldn't be getting kicked out of my AH Maths, Physics or Computing classes. Hopefully with working class parents who never went to Uni means I can bullshit my way into the Computer Science course at Edinburgh.

Oh god what's wrong with 6th year, I thought it was more laid back
Oh god what's wrong with 6th year, I thought it was more laid back
yeah, to the point it is boring as fuck
yeah, to the point it is boring as fuck
I'd rather it be boring than dread going in everyday due to the constant pressure and stress. Also we get more time for lunch, Subway erryday
I had to make sure the Prefects for doing their duties at lunch every lunch or go to a Senior Prefect meeting so I didn't get to chill out like I did in 5th year and my classes were kinda shit, not much banter. Uni will be a lot better.

What, how was your 6th year like this???? Mine was go go go go go all the time.
Oh god what's wrong with 6th year, I thought it was more laid back
At the end of sixth year, you properly feel like you couldn't go another year, since you've pretty much done everything you can.

I'm just really excited for uni since its something new. 4 Year course so it'll eat up a lot of time which is what I want.
