What, how was your 6th year like this???? Mine was go go go go go all the time.
i sat on my arse in the 6th year area. protip: if you don't have a common room: bring a kettle in and steal a pat testing label off a computer. pass time with tea and coffee :v:
D*D* (exactly) which means I have to get perfect marks to get D*D*D* in year 2
Oh god what do you do that's so intense?
We were doing past papers and tests through like the entire year.
Anyone else here in a sixth form college? They seem to be filled with bullshit every step of the way, all my bursary has been cut when they promised it to us at the beginning of the year which I used to actually get to college :smith:

One week to go. I can't really imagine myself getting an A in Computing to get an ABB for my firm choice, but I really liked my insurance choice as well so I'm not really nervous. Also, for those of you that don't go to sixth form college and instead do your A-levels at secondary school, what do you do when you have no lessons? Are you allowed to leave the premises whenever you want to like we are?

We also shared classrooms and teachers with the lower years so I suppose you could say I did them at a secondary school. Our free periods were called "Study Periods" but nobody ever did study, and you were allowed off the premises whenever you wanted - which I did and just went home (though we'll see if that was a mistake in a weeks time)
My sixth form college was in the news recently as all the biology students got their practical exams voided because the teachers made the mocks pretty much identical to the actual practical exam. (The teachers do know what is going to be in the practical exam but aren't allowed to give any tips etc.) http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2013/07/24/runshaw-college-students-_n_3643066.html

After all, it's your choice to study and go to the classes, and the school gets the government funding anyway - teachers and the like are more than happy to help you with studying if you make the effort, as they're nice guys for the most part. Nice enough place, but naturally it gets all the rennovations the same year I leave! Were they ISAs ? Those are fairly easy, and from what I heard, nearly all schools give very similar questions in the mocks, but of course this is solely down to coincidence.

Argh just want my results already..
I'm having severe problems after getting my results. I'm supposed to be going to Dundee College in September and my student loan isn't even enough to cover going to the cheapest recommended accommodation they suggest. Most of the flat-share things I've seen are people looking for people over the age of 18 (I'm 17) or people going to university who will stay for more than a year.

Though travelling there every other day isn't a great solution.

Would cost more to travel by train everyday per week then the accommodation cost.
The AQA grade boundries are out
Why did they redesign Track to look like the CBBC website
Why did they redesign Track to look like the CBBC website
It'd be really nice if they decided on one design and then stuck to it. I swear the UCAS site has gone through at least 3 main iterations over the past year. Still, at least this one doesn't seem to have retarded login popups, though I dislike the design.
ucas is down already its gonna be fun tomorrow
It seem like UCAS is currently being DDOS'd.
I'm getting a bit nervous about tomorrow, I haven't heard anything from my collage about when I can pick up my results either so I'll pop down at 9:00 to see if they've got them.
The last thing I got from UCAS was some newsletter about accommodation in Edinburgh that was absurdly expensive that was somehow targeted at students.
Why the fuck does so much of my life hinge on what I find out tomorrow? Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck.
Can't get this out of my head
ugh, its going to suck
Clearing here I come :v:
