Don't really read much graphic novels, manga, comics or anything.
Mostly what I get of that stuff would be stripes in the newspapers, a couple of the comics over at [url=http://www.snafu-comics.com/]SNAFU[/url] and some comic issues here and there if we go traveling or get it as a early christmas present in the sock. Do have a subscription on Donald Duck & Co though, which we've got every week for 13 years now, doesn't go a day without reading one.
The other issues I'm talking about are norwegian ones. M, Pondus and Nemi.
In stripes it would be stuff like Dagobert, Garfield, Peanuts, Det Går bedre Nå, Sofies Verden, Rocky, and some other small fry.

I just tried this one, actually, thinking the descriptions of the protagonist's gun and supposedly epic scenery was going to make up for the sloppy people.
It's about as sloppy with the backgrounds. I don't know if it gets better (gonna give it two issues before I give this stack back), but the dude has no consistency. Shit just randomly changes in size or suddenly becomes flat or warped. Chaotic and unreadable. Reminds me why I never really got into this stuff in the first place.
Oh and Doubt actually looks alright except for how it's all like a collection of fetishes and the plot is atrocious and every character is completely unlikable and you'd be perfectly content with the majority brutally murdered because it's like fuck dude this is a run-on sentence I've seen you acting like a complete ass/cunt for the entirety of your presence would it really be that bad if you were just horribly maimed you're like a mime except more useless and come up with random bullshit motivations to act evil and still not be the bad guy except that just makes you the fucking bad guy anyway really if you're all just there to fuck with the protagonist.

Yeah, the art itself isn't really that amazing until about the midway point of the series.

It might be just because I prefer The Walking Dead, but that series just seems to be filled with pretentious messages done a dozen times before, and done better, which tries to make up for that by adding in a huge amount of gratuitous violence for the sake of gratuitous violence.
