Continue to call the police over and over until they get off of their donut eating fatasses to do something about it, and if they still don't, follow them home to find out where they live during one of these "Breaks", wait till night, when they are asleep in bed, then go to their house and pelt it with snowballs filled with rocks, or do the shit in flaming bag on doorstep trick, or use their hose on their front porch so it ices over, something to get them back...Or just go at them with a weapon, airsoft gun, bb gun...knife whatever, if they try to come after you for threatening them then tell them what you told us. Do something, don't just complain about it in your bedroom because you are too scared to step outside due to snowballs...

Honestly. Get paintball gun or something.. a cheap pump action one or a semi auto one will do. Freeze the paintballs. Unload on them.. get a speaker phone recording of the police conversation. If the police just say deal with it, then deal with it.. your own way.

You can either press charges for vandalism or something else I don't know about (take pics of any damage caused, take video) or just take a gun and shoot at them
