I don't think it feels off, in my opinion it's just a very average shot. Nothing particularly special about the subject or the way it is captured - a very boring snapshot.

You see for me they are both just boring, the composition in the first one is spot on but the colours just seem drab and it also seems really softly focused; and the second honestly just seems randomly shot with nothing in mind, i can't work out what i'm meant to be looking at.

It has nice tones but the framing could have been better. In my opinion the framing is slightly too tight.
