maybe make the backdrop with the with the dried ones and get the best looking fresh ones in the foreground to show something like "we only mummify the freshest mushrooms! get the best dried fungi at xyz"

I honestly thought that was a joke picture after all that's been happening and you're trying to instigate like what was happening on a few pages back, I can't really give any criticism as I'm not experienced in the slightest, but that to me is just a basic sky with a very, very dark fence/bush in front of it, unless my monitor isn't calibrated and I'm missing something.
I enjoyed your dog picture a lot more.
I'm not sure I follow, but I was going for a contrast-y and sharp image because I liked how defined and dramatic the clouds were. There had just been a storm so everything was all sharp in the sky. Thankyou:)

aye. used the brush mask tool or whatever to bring up the brightness and saturation on the eyes themselves, then the rest is a result of the other post processing I did (bringing up the shadows, lowering the highlights a bit, split toning, sharpening and clarity etc)
