First one is ballin', last two leave a little to be desired. In the last two the poses are extremely bland and somewhat awkward, and because she is looking far away from the viewer there is very little connection that can be made. This can be better explained by saying what makes the first one work so well: her body is open to the camera, she is facing the camera but the fact her eyes are facing away gives mystery - as if she was talking to us and now something mysterious has her attention. In the second and third ones this doesn't happen because she is facing far away from the camera and therefore just looks bored. In addition the colours and environment aren't particularly exciting in the last two so yeah I hope this helped.

That's some good HDR
I actually think I let the last one better than the HDR. I feel like there's not much need for HDR, there's noting in the background that's over exposed that needs bringing attention to. Plus, the HDR photo has this weird, yellow, in the back, over exposed area.

I love the shot, however, I feel that there's way too much space on the bottom. My eye seems to be naturally drawn the the huge bottom space as opposed to the actually Pelican.

I'm not actually digging at you personally Nsybouts so don't get all sly defensive with the ratings, I just enjoy seeing people develop personally as photographers and don't enjoy seeing sw33t hashish cukiz in what can be a high quality thread, and both of these things occur when you leave the house with your camera.
