I imagined it like this: In PP you basically do the same as what you did with this, just with a very high aperture. Now you run the laser over the car (another tripod to guide it?) and since the laser is really fucking bright(careful not to hit the cam with a reflection I guess?) you'll sort of get a real life wireframe of the car.
So yeah, you got my idea but I have no idea whether it could work.
I think if the laser is powerful and small enough it could work although you would be better off holding it by hand, cool idea I might actually try it on something smaller just to see how it could work!

CC please?
I like where this is going, I would maybe suggest cropping the bottom bar of the fence out, as it takes away from, and interrupts the nice vertical lines you have

Bopie, what did you meant in one of my pictures saying: sus <3
Sorry about that, I meant that I liked the suspiciousness of it. Why I thought it was suspicious? I don't remember, but I do like it. :)
Pretty boring pose, focus looks slightly off too but more or less just fiddling around with post processing. Not real sure how I feel about it, real sick of snow already. I developed my first roll of film from my Canonet and I thought these 2 came out quite nice.
I'm really warming up to using friends as a subject.

I tried to go for as much of a silhouette as possible with this one because I was inspired when I saw that little city on the window. I'm quite happy with how it came out, but what do you guys think?

Also I want to say that I've been a dick in this thread in the past and I want to say I'm sorry. It was quite a stressful time and I shouldn't have used this thread as an outlet for that.

Woah dude cut back on the PP, that snow looks really weird and glowy. I think it would be good if you take the original and boost the levels a bit, but not much more than that.

Gone too much with the postprocess on her head\face, the rest is fantastic, I actually loved the snow.
Try lowering the saturation perhaps? will bring that cold feeling maybe.
Lens?
It looks like you were a bit careless with the brush.

bit too washed out in my opinion
framing is nice but I'd agree that the pp is a bit overdone for my taste

agree with the PP on the second, though, I think the framing on both is a little crooked.
they should look similar to this, imo

i'm going to have to say no. i like the fixed framing, but someone told me a long time ago on here to try a more 'natural' look in terms of colors. i couldn't agree with that person more more now (though, it does apply different in certain scenarios). the picture itself looks extremely contrasty, and the colors are really dark. could you post the original, please? i'd like to see it for comparison purposes.

Pretty underexposed when I shot this today, probably should have bumped up the exposure in pp

yeah, that's the problem. working with an under-exposed photo opposed to an over-exposed one is a bitch. i'd say to try and lighten the shadows as much as you can, and not sure where i would go from there. still pretty damn noobish in terms of PP.
i think that the edit you did is a litle too much, and the beginning is a bit too little. a compromise between the two would be good. not quite so much contrast (as the washed out look contributed to the aesthetic of the image), and a little bit less rotation. use the offset slider in photoshop to add darkness to the blacks (i found about a 0.13+ exposure, -0.322 exposure offset, and 0.92 gamma) would add a bit of darkness without getting rid of the feel. and for the rotation, the left side is rotated too far because it's now going down, which is definitely a hill as shown from the other image. i would make it so the left of the road is mostly flat, but still goes up a little. this would make it look a little rounded still.
my interpretation on it
I always search for objects that look upright no matter the perspective for rotation, lampposts, trees, stuff like that.
In your case it's the crooked fence. Make that look somewhat naturally "upright" as far as it can and the rest will fix itself since there is no other way for the eye to tell the perfect upright angle.
[editline]9th January 2013[/editline]
Also lets face it: The original picture is pretty shit quality. I'm actually amzed how much you got out of it, I would've deleted it instantly, maybe I need to be more careful in the future.
