Here's a shot from a few nights ago.
I was riding around with my camera in my bag and decided to check out an old derelict power station in the area. Unfortunately I didn't really plan it and got there a bit after sunset and didn't get very many photos I'm happy with, I'll have to go back a bit earlier I think.
This is the only photo I like from about 20, I think it has a fairly strong mood although a wider lens might have been better.

cheers man. I got the 18mm f/2, it's a tad wider than I'd like but I can ~~crop~~~ with all the megapickles the camera has. I'm keen for that lens (although I'm p sure the focal length is 22mm), and I'm gonna order an adapter after I get home next week.

This is just about the most red sunset I've ever seen
Nice, wouldn't shoot at f/1.4 at 1/250 though.
For similar situations, try turning down the exposure and making the aperture smaller.
Yeah you're right about that, but I didn't have much time here. I was on my way to gym class, and was already late.
When there's light enough, or i have a tripod, i shoot landscapes at f5.6
Bopie I just want to say that I'm absolutely in love with that shot you took of the small fire with two people standing beside it. I periodically save stuff that really inspires me, and as I was going through some of my favorite shots I started picking out my favorites and figuring out why I took to them so much. Yours is one that's helping me formulate a project idea for my Advanced Projects in Photography class, so thanks.

Can you guys check my sports portfolio and give some critique? I plan to add more sports soon and more variety in gender. (Boys tennis starts soon, baseball, swim, etc.)

I like the design but the about me section needs work, it's very cramped and doesn't say much about you. And with all the numbers and letters of your gear it just looks like random characters.

Not a user friendly design, imho. I find full-screen designs to be not welcoming.

I tried to make it intuitive and simple, and not get too caught up in all the fancy crap you CAN do with Flash :v:
Anyways, it has some shortcomings, but I'm proud of it since it was my first flash website.

I like the design, but you should expand the about section, split up the bit with the gear and add tool-tips to the icons. probably also change the background
