The earth rotates, both would be streaks if he had used a longer exposure. I don't think satellites would be 'moving' faster than stars relative to the earth's rotation.

i'll probably get rated dumb for even posting this, but i took a picture of my eye with my phone while i was shining a light in it and incidentally i thought it ended up looking kind of neat so i figured i'd share. all i did was resize it. obviously not a photographer, and i dont even own a camera, but i still thought it looked kind of cool (then again i find eyes and eye photographs fascinating, so i may be a little biased)

Like Him said, better subjects. Or you could mix it up with some action? Chopping it up in mid air or getting the shot as it splats on the ground.

Don't worry about the mess, be creative, it's photography and you control exactly what it looks like!

I disagree, i think the composition works well and the subject matter is decent enough for the kind of shot it is (part of a set), standalone it doesn't blow you out the water but i think it holds plenty of character. That lens flare and colours are great.

You guys always pull the 'boring' card with bopie, with nothing else to offer in the way of constructive comments.
