Looks nearly like a vector image, very stylized. I like it.
Also what are the disagree's about on my post above?
Both of those are pretty overdone in my opinion. My general advice is to take the edited one, and layer it over the original un-edited one (un-edited, but can be color/exposure corrected etc.) and set the opacity to 50%.

I'll do that in future. I know they are overdone I'm more trying to find my own style even if it has taken a long time to do so.

The T2i really works well in low light compared to my old XT. It has won my heart.
I thought that was CGI at first.
I thought that was CGI at first.
It does kinda, Max Factory does some incredible stuff. The detail is over the top.

Best thing i've seen on this thread so far.

Plus the wall is just too perfectly colored.
Take of picture of it not against a background. I'm having a hard time believing that this is real. Plus the wall is just too perfectly colored.
Well I flattened out the background in photoshop because there was a little bit of the table poking into the bottom of the image, but here is what it looked like before I did that: and here is another where you can see a little depth from the wide aperture: I agree that it has an uncanny and CGI look about it. I think it has to do with those perfectly smooth gradients that it is painted with.
Wait, so those pictures are SOOC? Jesus, they still look like CGI. Tell me your secrets. Must be the figurine, it's so perfect. Your gf's gonna love it. (and if she doesn't i'm willing to pay for shipping) Do you happen to have a larger version of the picture you posted on DA? I feel like it's time for me to change my wallpaper.
