They are going to HAVE to do something if this is cross platform play and I'm worried what that will be.
I get my ass handed to me in CS:S god only knows what will happen to console players. Not slating, there's just simply no way you can compete with those twitch reflexes on a controller.
Looks great. Can't wait to see more.
This looks really good. I can't wait to see what this is gonna be like. First 5 seconds reminded me of Battlefield for some reason.
Ok, I'm very much behind on this I'm guessing, but what the hell is this game of CS? Is it like a free to play version of CS:S? Or some expansion...?

No it's a new CS.
Those placeholders are ugly
From what it looks like now it feels too much like a mod and less like a full game.
All the "full games" made by Valve are HL2 mods.
Anyway, will there be ironsights?
It looks the same as CS:S. Valve, I am dissapoint.
I'm pretty stoked, you can tell that this is no where near finished, bits of dust1 still retain the old features on the css dust1 (door, the brick boxes.) However it may be possible that the map is supposed to be css era dust1 after a few years of no-combat, that would be cool.
Thing will definitely change, Valve know how much grief will come out of this if it isn't done properly. The amount of fuss over the orange box engine update shows that quality control for this will probably be very large, hence also why the game is probably going to be in Beta for 4 months. If this was not such a big deal, they could be releasing the game this winter.
Damn, now there is an indicator pointing to the bomb.
I liked it when you run To A just to find that the bomb is not there, Sprint over to B and defuse last second. Shit is Intense.
But i like it anyway
Looks like a better version of call of duty without the stupid ranks and idiotic players. And also you don't have to pay 50$ for a single map!
I've never been so disappointed in a Valve game as I am with CS:GO
People who judge to soon never stop to amuse me.
Thanks for a good laugh.

Not trying to defend Call of Duty here, but it costs $15 for 4-5 maps or something.
Still, maps should be free to begin with.
Tiny little hands :3
So far it really seems like they've just added some maps, new hud and menu's and an upgraded source engine, it will really depend on the price of this game that will tell if I get it, if it's priced like a normal, new release game ($80 - $100 here in AU) I will certainly NOT get it, right now it barely seems like a whole new game. Just an engine update.
Have the guns always never had recoil?
I might get this just to wreck console players
I might get this just to wreck console players
"MUMMY HE'S USING AN AIMBOT"
-Xxxl333tnoscop3rxxX has left the game
I think they changed the recoil system - the way it is right now in counter strike is that you both shoot higher and more unprecise the longer you are shooting and automatic weapon *more closely like in real life* but the crosshair seems to hint at only the spread getting bigger - that or you don't get a hint that your aim is higher like right now in CSS.
Some of the shots that guy took, if he missed in cs:s or cs 1.6 he'd be dead before he had time to get back.
They can't play for shit with controllers, it looks like they used controllers the first time. Normally it looks more smooth I would say from playing myself xbox360, let's see.
Also I like the fact that it comes to the xbox360, I am going to have fun with it! Quickly turning on the box, jumping into the game, killing some, win and lose then turn it off and be satisfied.

Will be the same on consoles, these guys just played goddamn awful with the controllers + very low sensitivity.
It looks a lot like css and I'm okay with this.
TBH I probably won't get this. It looks likes a consolized version of CS:S. I hate the crosshairs, the viewmodels and the playermodels. I know its an early build but still I don't think I will get it.
I want iron sights and I'll be happy.
I want iron sights and I'll be happy.
Heck no that's not what cs was about i don't want this game to also turn like cod.
I want iron sights and I'll be happy.
Yea and they should have put iron sights in portal 2 as well.
the worlds smallest p90
Yea and they should have put iron sights in portal 2 as well.
What does that have to do with my suggestion?

Because there are no iron sights in Red Orchestra :downs:
Because there are no iron sights in Red Orchestra :downs:
What the hell does Red Orchestra have to do with this?
What the hell does Red Orchestra have to do with this?
Both are shooter games. Portal is a puzzle game.
I want iron sights and I'll be happy.
Go play COD then, because if CS used iron sights it would be too similar to it.
