[sp]The Fire Rises, Why Do We Fall? and Rise[/sp] already sound great from the samples.
[sp]'Mind If I Cut In?', Selina Kyle's theme,[/sp] seems a bit out of place with the rest of the score.
god damn it i just want the full prologue track

It's called "Gotham's Reckoning"
i want to say it's the fire rises, gotham's reckoning sounds kinda similar except for the random brass blatting. either way those are snippets and anything on youtube is a reproduction.

Well it's not. I've re-written the prologue score myself and have it on youtube, I'm more-than familiar with the motif and sound structure. We all named our covers of the prologue music something such as "The fire rises", but here's the weird part: Hans included a track called "The Fire Rises", but it isn't the prologue music, it's a different articulation of the bane theme suite.
So yeah, eventually we will all have to change the titles of our videos.
The sample of "Gotham's Reckoning" that they provided is the part of the prologue music heard ~45 seconds before leading up to when bane says "Crashing this plane" in the film.
I just watched Batman Begins again, what an incredible film.
I do believe that it's a much better film than The Dark Knight, because one character doesn't overpower the rest and it has better atmosphere overall.
batman begins is all over the place though, it didn't really flow well and didn't have a great direction. batman needs a clear enemy to duke it out with through out the film (and the film leads up to the big fight). with bb you didn't get that because ra's left the picture for an hour and you assumed that was that. the mob was too incompetent against batman to feel like a threat but scarecrow didn't do much so he didn't feel like one either.
it was also the boring origin story of batman that we all know. i mean it was important to show that he fights the mob in this realistic gotham (where microwaves don't cook people when they boil water) but we know his parents are dead, we don't need to see the kid wayne parts.

it was a good movie just not incredible and i probably wouldn't put it on any top film lists

I disagree about Scarecrow, because he seemed like he was truly trying to kill Batman when he [sp]set him on fire.[/sp]

One of the main objectives of Batman Begins was to fill in the gap between Bruce's parents' deaths to him becoming the Batman. I'd say that they did a very good job at that.
Haha, that smug face when Bruce is introduced to the "Bat".
well again they can fill that gap but the wayne kid scenes were kind of unnecessary. and the whole jumping around the timeline CONSTANTLY in the beginning of bb didn't help. sure some jumping keeps people focused but i feel it was a bit much
You can make your own trailer for The Dark Knight Rises thanks to Warner Bros. and Chrysler.

I see this as an opportunity to download loads of clips and music from the movie.
I read through Batman:Year One recently and he catwoman story is really twisted ([sp]Her costume and whip are gifts from her pimp for example[/sp])
I wonder what story would Nolan choose for catwoman
I will never get tired of seeing people find creative ways to mix Bane and Batman into one logo, and here WB has decided to give it a shot, too, in this sorta ad image advertising their new free web game for dark knight rises, kinda like what they did for Inception

"The goal is to loot valuable gear from nearby buildings before Gotham Police shows up to stop you. It will be free to play and has a set release of June 19th. "
can read more about it here http://www.nolanfans.com/2012/06/14/the-fire-rises-a-new-real-time-stategy-game/
Nolan is producing the new Superman movie, and they just announced that they're bringing Hans Zimmer to score it, despite claiming he would feel wrong to compose for them both. It's due out next year.
Hopefully this reboot pushes new sequels and we'll have more music from him in the future.
well as much as i love nolan (and zimmer) i still don't care about superman, even if they'er attached. the reason they're so good with batman is because batman was already awesome, but superman has always been the most boring superhero ever. i mean i'm sure they will do something great with it (although he is only producing so) but at the end of the day, its just a boring concept.

Tom Hardy is perfect.

I just jizzed in my pants. Then shat myself.
There's mess everywhere, but it was all worth it, just to see those two trailers.
"My Wife?"
I can't watch that last bit without thinking of Patrick Bateman, he seems to be exiting an exclusive looking club, looks exactly the same as he did in American Psycho and his expression when he says "my wife?" is very reminiscent of Bateman.
I can't help but to feel that the giant fist fight scene is a bit silly. I hope there's a really good explanation for that one
I'm almost thinking that Bane being hard to understand is a hidden "fuck you" to anyone who pirates it, without decent sound quality, I'd say he'd be pretty much unintelligible.

Perhaps. I still have trouble understanding him, keep thinking he's saying "I'm Gotham's Rekjavik"
They made Bane's voice perfect, he actually sounds like he's speaking English now
this movie can't premier fast enough

It just happens that the Man who portrayed the American psycho is Christian Bale and the man who portrays Bruce Wayne is also Christian Bale. Actors who are in reality the same person in different temporal locations actually tend to be the same person and make the same faces.

I'm just saying the characters seem the same, their situation.
I know what I hear.
