Hoping for Black Mask or Mr. Zsasz
Zsasz was in Batman Begins though. He escaped from the asylum and attacked Rachel
the penguin is a guy born looking like a penguin, how does that compare to someone dressing as a clown.
And the joker was a guy who fell in chemicals that for some reason happened to be something that would bleach his skin white, paint his lips red and dye his hair green without killin hi As far as villains go I think penguin's one of the more realistic ones, they could change a few minor things like waddling like a penguin if he's just a short fat guy
Fat short people look fucking weird in general, that isn't too far fetched that he'd look like a penguin.
how many short and fat celebrities are well known enough to star in what'll probably be the best film of 2012 you've got danny devito but i dont think he'd be very fitting for the kind of film The Dark Knight was.
yeah honestly they could have gone with thousands of other better titles. [editline]27th October 2010[/editline] i dont get why he doesnt want robin. robin can be an interesting character if you do him right
I dislike Robin because I don't undertstand what possible reasoning anyone could possibly have for telling their greatest secret to someone they barely know. Plus sidekicks are annoying unless they're done right.
Thank god for no 3d. Name is really "bland" Also YEEEEES Nolan directs. So far im seeing this. I really didnt want the villian to be Riddler IMO
This is going to turn out amazing, definitely looking forward to it.
the robin that became nightwing was ok but I still don't like the idea of robin in general batman doesn't need a sidekick
Zsasz was in Batman Begins though. He escaped from the asylum and attacked Rachel
which is why it's perfect for him to have a main antagonist role
Since the name was just released, it may take a change if Nolan feels up to it. With "The Dark Knight Rises"the marketing would be satisfied, and Nolan would seem "Ok" with just naming it the same, but going to the name with what Batman really does in the film. Still thinks its odd that the last film in a trilogy ends with 'rises'. Usually films seem to go with The Rise, The Fall, The Resolution in a trilogy, but that's Nolan for ya. Would like to see "Batman Rises" IMO
which is why it's perfect for him to have a main antagonist role
mr zsasz is lame though, if this is going to be the closing movie of the trilogy I want one of the great villains filling the antagonist role
the robin that became nightwing was ok but I still don't like the idea of robin in general batman doesn't need a sidekick
fun fact: dick grayson became robin and then he was batman for a while but now bruce is back from the past/dead
I like Tim. He's cute.
mr zsasz is lame though, if this is going to be the closing movie of the trilogy I want one of the great villains filling the antagonist role
its too bad they already killed off ra's al ghul. [editline]27th October 2010[/editline] or what if...theres NO villain? nah, that would be real gay.
I'd really like to see more of scarecrow, he didn't get a whole lot of screentime in Begins. He'd have to be the minor villain again though (assuming that this movie will follow the formula of the last two, having a major antagonist and a minor antagonist)
Wait wait wait..... What happened to two - face after The Dark Knight? Didn't he get away?
Wait wait wait..... What happened to two - face after The Dark Knight? Didn't he get away?
I thought he died.
I hope batman doesn't dies. Main character dying is a crappy way to end a series
I thought he died.
He got captured by the GCPD. His fate remains unknown beyond that I guess.
He got captured by the GCPD. His fate remains unknown beyond that I guess.
what two face is dead.
Wrong quote. That was about the Joker.
the person you quoted was talking about twoface. EDIT: oh wait did you mean you had the wrong quote
I quote the wrong person.
the title should be either The Dark Knight Reborn or The Dark Knight Redeemed.
"Doug Jones, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, David Tennant, Johnny Depp, Neil Patrick Harris, Michael C. Hall, Hugh Laurie, Leonardo DiCaprio and James Franco are all rumored to play the Riddler. " and this is exactly why i told you all not to listen to any of those casting rumors or "inside sources" claims. And yeah even I didn't really listen considering i listed that one site claiming to have seen a character grid that listed the Riddler.
Getting kind of excited actually. How does one top the Dark Knight? Nolan must be planning something huge to go out with a bang.
He's got the advantage of this being the ending, so he can really go all out and give a dramatic conclusion. I'm thinking he can pull it off, but it's the villain i'm really wondering about. That actor is gonna really be feeling the pressure.
Gordon Levitt was fantastic in Inception, I would like to see with him with a big role in this movie.
