Better than most of the recent promotional shit.
Oh wow that app looks so bad. wow.
wtf @ the out of place brush-over black paint above the batman logo just for the text "a film by christopher nolan"
why
I think it's part of the falling building.
Its like how they made A FUCKING SHITTY NOKIA EXCLUSIVE TDKR PHONE WITH FUCKING WALLPAPERS AND SOUNDBITES
So many clips and TV spots, not to mention that 8 minute intro scene or whatever it was. I feel like I've seen the whole movie, I don't need to go now.

this still isn't even remotely as much as the amazing spider man released. That shit released 11 clips from the film in addition to dozens of trailers and tv spots.
but we do still have 2 weeks, maybe they can catch up by then (i hope not, over advertising sucks)
Or The Dark Knight for that matter.

Indeed and there was still a lot we hadn't seen. It'll be fine.
Just a warning guys, the movie has been screened for critics and such today, be careful of spoilers.
They all say the movie is fuckin' amazing though.
There's something up with these minimalistic chalk bat designs. They're on the album cover, and that map website shows where you can find copies of them irl. Guess we'll find out soon enough but on the cool side of things it looks like Nolan is drawing them himself for the movie scenes at least

Links, perchance?
[editline]nope[/editline]
Nevermind, googled a few.
So without spoiling the one actual spoilery thing I saw, the movie got a standing ovation, everyone said it was fantastic, some people cried, and Bale and especially Hardy are supposed to be great.
Holy fuck those reviews. I am now far too pumped for this movie.
Critic impressions with spoilers regarding characters and a brief description of the end fight scene:
[sp]SHH's KnightOfTheFall - Bane, whilst nowhere near as impressive as Joker, was an excellent choice for a bad guy. This guy is pure malevolence. There is a particularly violent moment which involves bane and a poor wall street dude. It's something all parents need to be aware of before taking kids. Selina was great and Hathaway nailed the character and made her own interpretation but there are many little traits from past origins that come into play. JGL is not robin nor does he appear in the suit. He is just an idealistic beat cop. Nothing more. His character is handled and written well. Bale was excellent as Batman and finally, The Bat Voice, is done with justice. It's not as forced as it was previously. Action scenes were excellent and truly make this move epic. The last 20 minutes with Batman and Bane are some of the finest fight scenes I've ever seen in a superhero movie. The camera is pulled back and slowed down to show the blows.[/sp]
I can't wait to see what TKDR stuff pops up at SDCC this year.
It's really interesting to see how differently people are rating the actors. Some people say Hardy's spectacular, one or two have called Hathaway the best, and more are saying Bale was the one who shined the most. I guess they were all amazing.
The question is, will we be seeing Oscar nominations in the future?
[sub]and as a guy who really wants to see Tom Hardy and Bane succeed, will Bane be received even better than Ledger's performance? [/sub]

I hope Hardy receives an Oscar nomination because he's an incredible actor.

And because he's rapidly climbing the ranks to become an A-lister and it'd be lovely to see that extra push in the form of that nomination.
Plus I also want to see Bane as a character receive the honor of a nomination simply because he's not that well-known a villain in comparison to, say, the Joker, and to be a kind of dark horse and get an Oscar nomination would be pretty important for the character in a way

Nothing. There won't be a panel a week before the release of the movie

Doesn't mean there won't be promo shit. Cowboys and Aliens had tons of stuff last year, and that was the week of.

Not if he lives 'til next Friday.

The Bat-computer is a bit small.
Oh nice, Alfred will have his wise speeches again. :)
I'm not usually into these types of fan-made trailers and such but this one blew my mind:
