mr zsasz is lame though, if this is going to be the closing movie of the trilogy I want one of the great villains filling the antagonist role
Oh, I didn't know it's the last one.
Stupid title aside I can't fucking wait for this.
nah. i liked it
it got to be a little much at points. even he admitted it (i think? maybe im thinking of kevin conroy calling him out on it in an interview)
Gordon Levitt was fantastic in Inception, I would like to see with him with a big role in this movie.
I would like to see him as Joker but apparently that's taboo to talk about.
I would like to see him as Joker but apparently that's taboo to talk about.
it's not taboo, it's just not happening. nolan stated before he's not reusing the joker, there's no reason to either. could JGL do it? probably. do we want him to? i personally don't see a reason for it to happen, especially when tom is going to be the villain.
So other then Bane are there any other villians they can do well? Im am shitting my pants over this.
Why no 3D? Now is 3D generation of movie. So every movie should have 3D effect start from 2010.

Depth perception 3D is great and all but this movie doesn't need it
2 years from now?? that is an awful long time :/ I'll be out of university by then..
Why no 3D? Now is 3D generation of movie. So every movie should have 3D effect start from 2010.
Read the article I posted, it explains why this film isn't in 3D.
Can't wait to see it in no 3D  Christopher Nolan is without doubt the best director of the now.
I like how they go with the more "realistic" villains. Like, Mr.Freeze would have been stupid.
It's obviously going to be cat woman or Poison Ivy. Hence why Nolan is after a new female lead so quickly. [editline]1st November 2010[/editline] Or Harley Quinn. She would be awesome. And I think Freeze could be given a realistic twist if you can give Scarecrow one. A scientist using some wayne-enterprise-freeze-rays. No retro suit or odd accent involved. [editline]1st November 2010[/editline] Or he could pull a Kojima. "Nanomachines"
It's obviously going to be cat woman or Poison Ivy. Hence why Nolan is after a new female lead so quickly.
There's a quote from Goyer talking about how everyone suddenly expects them to have to cast Penguin and Catwoman now for this film, and how he disagrees with that, so unless Nolan said otherwise I'm not expecting catwoman. Granted all he said was he disagrees with that expectation and not simply "no catwoman or penguin" I still think he makes a good point about how this film should stand on its on. Also Poison Ivy isn't really realistic enough for a Nolan film, but most importantly she was in Batman and Robin, and I really think they're going to want to distance themselves from that film as much as possible.

"Nanomachines"
but why would wayne enterprises be interesting in freeze-rays? if you look at how things were explained in BB, you could see their modern-day relevance. freeze-rays won't do you good in a war in the middle east.

Plus it could bring water to dehydrated settlements. I've come onto a Batman thread to discuss the practicality of a freeze ray. Yep, still single.

Please bro, show me your idea of beauty then. I want to see this. Until you post an example of equal or greater beauty by majority opinion, I reserve the right to diagnose you with the ghey.
He's going to post milla jovovknavich or whatever her name is
Or he's casting for Renee Montoya
it's not taboo, it's just not happening. nolan stated before he's not reusing the joker, there's no reason to either. could JGL do it? probably. do we want him to? i personally don't see a reason for it to happen, especially when tom is going to be the villain.
I don't want him to reuse him, at all, I want a new villain(s), and I realize it's not going to happen, I'm just saying I wish there was some mention of Joker or a small bit of SOME KIND in Arkham with him. He IS Batman's arch nemesis and to just toss him away after he orchestrated everything he did and never hear from him again is absurd. Scarecrow got a fucking comeback in Dark Knight. Scarecrow. On Batman's list of villains, Scarecrow doesn't rank near the top. Joker is number fucking one. I realize that Heath is dead, but Heath isn't Joker and there are all kinds of movie magic tricks they could use if they wanted to. Anyway, enough about this since I'm going to get reemed and possibly flamed. I trust in Nolan and I'm sure he'll make a fantastic film that will blow myself and everyone else away even without my apparently retarded desire for a Joker follow up. [editline]2nd November 2010[/editline]
So other then Bane are there any other villians they can do well? why do you keep bringing up the scarecrow's return in Dark Knight as if that's at all comparable to the Joker being recast and returning for the hell of it in TDKR? The scarecrow was still on the run and the Joker is already under arrest. Not the same thing.
well i mean he might show up except for the fact HE'S IN JAIL and the ACTOR IS DEAD and it's ALREADY BEEN DONE but apart from that yeah he might be in it!!!!!!
Good, no Robin. Glad he's dead.
Robin? Dead?
I think his boyfriend killed him
