i'm glad he didn't do that corny shit they requested and show up in full costume. i mean think about it, these people themselves were ambushed by someone in costume, some people thought it was part of the fuckin show. "to visit the victims in full costume to remind them that heros still exist". what the fuck is that? after donning his costume he's going to go back in time and beat the shit out of the guy who killed all those people? either way im just glad bale did this, whether he has a heart or not.

I loved this movie, I prefer Batman Begins and this one to TDK. I felt that this one feels more like a sequel to Begins than TDK did.

TDK was repurposed to a Heath Ledger tribute after he died. It was a "The Joker" movie. Or rather, became one...

It barely felt like time progressed around the middle act, and there was too little time to explain or delve deeper into certain things.
