In the Batman comics, Strange has been anything from a mad scientist to a psychologist, but one common theme in his mythos is that he eventually discovers Batman's true identity. If Strange is in Rises, I would hedge my bets that he discovers Bruce Wayne is Batman as part of the movie's plot. As a reminder, this is all just speculation based on rumors, but when Nolan has given us so little to work with what does he expect? Hugo Strange? why not. But it feels that Tom Hardy is too young to be Hugo. The best villian for Dark Knight Rises for me is the Black mask. The ultimate crime lord

Lots of rumors are coming in now after Batman-News broke the one about Hardy potentially playing Huge Strange. However there is some news that looks to be true, from an interview in Empire Magazine with Michael Caine where he says that he will have the script by January, and that they will be filming from "May to November"

[QUOTE=Rusty100;26135544]i liked his voice in tdk[/QUOTE] the whole thing with his voice in TDK was realistic not the whole throat cancer, and i did think Bale went a little OTT, but the whole if he did his normal voice as batman he would be recognised easily by anyone with a good ear, that's why Kevin Conroy is amazing in the animated series because he hardly has to vary the Batman/Bruce voice and they sound like 2 completely different characters. its like the same thing with Batman having armor in the movies, in the comic's its just an outfit but armor makes more sense in terms of realism, ( i guess personally i prefer the cloth ) but in the newer comics Batman is wearing armor sort of. ( his new comics coming out he has go faster stripes on his outfit -_- )

I can't wait until they start filming because they will be filming in my area of Chicago again. The semi flip was like 6 blocks away from where I'm at.

Catwoman obviously, we need those love interest to tie the storyline together. No matter how much you hated Haley Berry though. Even so they say the movies were gonna be more darker, weren't they darker in the first place. :p

When my History teacher was in New York, he saw the shooting of a scene for the movie. Apparently, the Bat mobile crashes into Charging Bull statue, so he saw them create a duplicate. Pretty cool, if you ask me.
