I know we're going for realistic here but how is any of what happens in these films realistic at all, let's have a little design liberty and creativity. She looks like Black Widow from Iron Man 2, only more campy with less sex appeal, and cat ears. Goatse, I mean Bane at least looks cool. And he's definitely still believable.

I kind of agree the Cat-suit looks a bit bland and if Nolan tries to go for realism (well, after Dark Knight I think Nolan let's few things slide) I can't imagine a professional thief wearing high heels. I can see comic book Catwoman with them though.
