Since the Joker was phenomenal, it's a good thing TDK focused on him. If it focused more on Batman then it'd just be 2 hours of guttural sounds.

That was actually my biggest problem with the Burton Batman. It went pretty well, but near the end he just started killing people left and right for no reason. Totally destroyed it.

what no, the only thing this hopefully confirms is the Riddler as the villian. It only has Levitt as INTERESTED, not as having the part.

Now confirmed: Nolan has decided to return to direct the third film. This is awesome news, considering he had previously being saying he was unsure about it.

as some (none) of you probably know, Tom Hardy's next film, Mad Max, got delayed. This opened up some time for him, and now it's being reported he's taking on a lead role in Batman 3. The only logical assumption then is that he's going to be playing a villain. If that ends up being the case, fuck yes, because Tom Hardy was fucking awesome in Inception.
