According to one nonspoilerish review of the prologue i read, they said bane's voice is sort of like
Darth Vader mixed with Bond Villain... If that doesnt make any geek excited, i dont know what will. it sounds like a SICK combo!
I've read said previews. Most of which have criticized his unintelligible voice

Here's hoping they dub over it then.
Additional Dialogue Recording (ADR) is often done late in post-production, so they'll most likely dub over all his dialogue to make it clearer.
so basically this movie will have 2 people with near unintelligible voices this time? and both of them are main characters?
the scenes batman and ban share will be so fun to watch
batman: RUGHNMURUGH
bane: GRUAHRUMAHAH
I bet it'll be like Vaders voice, like they re-did it after and such

Lol, Joker.
More important - Kid's name is Johnny Blake, and that cop's name played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt is John Blake.
oh my god. batman is NOT going to die in this movie. it is not going to happen. stop theorizing that it will. it's retarded.
Because he's a symbol.

Clearly the only way to end the series is to kill the main character!

no, bruce wayne will not die. it's so dumb and not going to happen. if anything he might retire, but he won't die. how the fuck can a batman movie end in batman's death? i can't see any resolution or ending in that, at all.
[editline]12th December 2011[/editline]
and for all intents and purposes, bruce wayne IS batman. all successors are gay and don't count. bruce is the original and the best (and the only one i and everyone else cares about)

Generally I think movies can be a lot better if they kill the main characters (or at least have a lot more of an emotional pull). Imagine Toy Story 3 where all the toys do actually die in that trash furnace (in that instance it's not really better but I bet all of you would cry).
But anyways your opinion is the only one that matters and is fact right rusty

Who would you have take over the mantle? Dick Grayson?
Clearly, while Nolan is making this HIS last Batman movie, it will not be THE END of Batman movies.
You're stupid for thinking Wayne might die.
Also, the films aren't even canon so who gives a shit.

you contradicted yourself tho
he can kill off wayne if he wants, its the end of his batman trilogy, the end of his storyline
Hopefully Bane will break the Batman's back and it will just kill him. Black out on the spine crunch.
That means the only bad guy to survive would be....SCARECROW

he becomes the new batman
Hey, remember the teaser trailer, with Gordon in the hospital? Bruce said that he wasn't sure if the Batman existed anymore - this means that Bruce probably will hang up the cape at some point in/before TDKR.

i wonder how many times hes "hung up the cape" in the 8 years between movies

Bruce Wayne is Batman? I thought Morgan Freeman was Batman.
:(

No, I agree movies in which a main character dies are very emotional, but Nolan's batman series are just not that kind of movie. I literally cannot see it happening at all.

Directly after events from TDK, that's for sure. Maybe he "hung up the cape" for whole 8 years

Well they did kill off the love interest before the trilogy was over. It's like Leia dying in episode 5 or Leo dying half way into Titanic. I see no reason not to kill off Bruce and see a Batman going around being Batman after his death, but we don't know who this Batman is and it isn't revealed to the audience (but we KNOW Wayne is dead). And not a copycat Batman like in TDK. Makes him a symbol and all that.
I'm not saying that IS the ending and HAS to be the ending but it's not like it doesn't make sense
Audio only leak of the prologue

It's torturous, isn't it. Sounds exciting but you have no idea what's going on
Well, all I can say is Bane's voice is quite understandable. Mostly because of the poor quality I didn't find his voice that unique, hopefully that will change once we get proper media.
Also I have very poor idea what happened so I can still look forward to the prologue.
Oh wow, Bane sounds badass
hes gentleman
When I didn't look at the subtitles I had no idea what bane was saying. I hope it's just the quality.
