Re-working it completely would be ridiculous, it most definitely only needs slight alterations.

I like the voice I heard from the prologue, yeah it may have been hard to understand but we watched a crap quality version but it sounded so awesome.

Nothing wrong with Bane's voice. Whatever you experienced, was bad sound quality. Watch it in HD and with headphones.

Not that everyone will have issues with him but obviously mostly everyone is (and I think Nolan is doing the right thing by not dubbing it but just tweaking it a little). In the trailer he has 1 line that is extremely clear compared to the prologue imo

The closest I could get was the German version, which is apparently "er erhebt sich"... If you read it in a particular way, it kind of sounds similar to what they're chanting in the trailer.
