she still seems like a goofy cunt who can't act to save her life
But she seems really well suited. And who knows, she might be incredible in this one.
Marion Cotillard > Anne Hathaway
She was superb in La Vie En Rose.

she felt very out of place to me, watching that trailer

What's with all the irrational hatred for Hathaway? Did you watch Princess Diaries or something?
irrational? she's been terrible in every movie she's been in (that i've seen), she cannot act and is one of the most annoying actors in hollywood

I don't know what movies you've seen of her but she's been pretty good in everything I've seen her in.
Anne Hathaway will be bad in this just like Skyrim was a "bad gaem"
why do we give rusty any attention
About Tom's voice
[release]Sources close to the movie say Warner Bros. is very aware of the sound issue. One source working on the film says he is “scared to death” about “the Bane problem.” And with good reason. The last Batman film, 2008’s The Dark Knight, grossed more than $1 billion worldwide, and the studio doesn’t want anything to tamper with Rise’s chances for success.
Sources also say some at Warners would like Nolan to change the sound mix, but the filmmaker, whose autonomy is well-earned (his Inception earned the studio more than $800 million and two Oscar nominations), has informed executives that he plans only to alter the sound slightly, not to rework it completely.
“Chris wants the audience to catch up and participate rather than push everything at them. He doesn't dumb things down," says one high-level exec, declining to be named. “You've got to pedal faster to keep up.”[/release]

Second page of it,
Re-working it completely would be ridiculous, it most definitely only needs slight alterations.
I like the voice I heard from the prologue, yeah it may have been hard to understand but we watched a crap quality version but it sounded so awesome.
Nothing wrong with Bane's voice. Whatever you experienced, was bad sound quality.
Watch it in HD and with headphones.

If you've read what he's said anywhere your brain will hear it. If you couldn't understand him before reading his lines then he's too hard to understand.
I watched it once and still remember what he said [sp]When Gotham is ashes, then you have my permission to die[/sp]
I'm not interested in reading a script of a trailer.

I meant the prologue which has a lot more lines and is much harder to understand
I'm not following. Was that officially released or a bootleg?
Its sort of have the Darth Vader coolness and awesomeness.

Yeah I don't see what me not liking Skyrim has to do with anything. I also LOVE the dark knight, should that be discounted too?

I had never read any of his lines anywhere before I watched the trailer and I understood what he said perfectly.
What language is this "deshi basara" I hear in the chant?

4th page, thats Chicago...not New York.
You can even see the famous Sears tower in the skyline, unless they somehow added the Sears tower digitally

how about the fact that the few days leading up to skyrim's release you sat in the skyrim thread just shitting the game and predicting it would be one of the worst games ever
And again watch the prologue as there's other shit going on and he's pretty hard to understand. Not that everyone will have issues with him but obviously mostly everyone is (and I think Nolan is doing the right thing by not dubbing it but just tweaking it a little). In the trailer he has 1 line that is extremely clear compared to the prologue imo
i'm gonna wait for an official hd video of the trailer before i watch it
What language is this "deshi basara" I hear in the chant?
Well, I wasn't sure what language they were chanting in, so I used the Google Translate thing to look at a couple of different translations of "He Rises". The closest I could get was the German version, which is apparently "er erhebt sich"... If you read it in a particular way, it kind of sounds similar to what they're chanting in the trailer. That's just what I think, anyway.
edit - watched the trailer again... it sounds nothing like that. Never mind.

Mine were both official AND HD?

Interesting... We'll see what Nolan has in store.
Or Zimmer, rather
Don't know if it's been posted yet but I found this pretty interesting

Will the prologue ever be released officially?
