I honestly didn't find him that hard to understand, is it just the American audiences struggling with the British accent?
Or maybe because everyone was watching a crappy phone recording.
If you were a true British person, you'd know there are a million different dialects.
In the prologue he goes between a german american sean connery sound-alike and a very posh brit.
To me it really sounds like something is fucked up with his throat / vocal cords. And again the trailer was much clearer than the prologue and I've seen it in IMAX and shitty recordings of it

A villain is born.
And for some reason he's in pain.
And for some reason he's in pain.
Wouldn't you be?
The UK is about the same size as Texas. Texas has 1 accent, The UK has too many that even i dont know how many there are.
Umm no Texas is about 3 times as large as the UK and I'm 100% sure it has multiple accents.

I'm sorry for asking about this again, but will the Prologue be released online officially?
The UK is about the same size as Texas. Texas has 1 accent, The UK has too many that even i dont know how many there are.
It says you live in the UK. Are you feeling okay?
This thread is about the upcoming Batman movie, stop comparing your sizes.

And do you not see how much of Texas is left? UK is about 240,000 square km and texas is about 700,000. Anyways back to discussion about Batman...
Yes. More batman.
I would pay to see Gary Oldman do that.
I personally think Bane sounds a lot like a more maniacal, intelligent Charles Bronson. Not the real Charles Bronson, the one Tom Hardy played in Bronson.

That was my point, I was agreeing that texas is much larger than england. It's bigger than france for god's sake.
Ummm anywaaays back to the movie Description of a scene and Anne interview here: http://herocomplex.latimes.com/2011/12/29/dark-knight-rises-star-anne-hathaway-gotham-city-is-full-of-grace/ Bits from the interview: Anne Hathaway on the Catwoman costume: I love the costume because everything has a purpose, nothing is in place for fantasy’s sake, and that’s the case with everything in Christopher Nolan’s Gotham City. Anne Hathaway on Christopher Nolan’s version of Catwoman: What’s come before doesn’t limit or even affect this new version. It doesn’t affect me because each Catwoman – and this is true in the comics as well – she is defined by the context of the Gotham City created around her. Catwoman is so influenced by Gotham and whoever is creating Gotham at the time. Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman was informed by Tim Burton’s Gotham and Eartha Kitt was informed by Adam West’s Gotham. You have to live in whatever the reality of the world is and whatever Gotham is. Christopher Nolan on Anne Hathaway: She had something very important we needed for this character — she’s an incredibly talented but naturalistic actress, which makes her great in film. She also has terrific theatrical skill so she can project a persona and there’s a big aspect of the character that is a persona. She’s a multi-layered character and we needed a great actress that could rise to that challenge.
Christopher Nolan thinks Anne Hathaway is a great actress lol
I wonder how many takes they had to do with her for each scene. :v:
The catwoman from Arkham City is pretty much exactly how I'd imagine catwoman to be. Wonder how Anne is gonna do. Also, I saw a car salesman in Seinäjoki, who looked exactly like Christopher Nolan. The hair the face and everything. Blew my mind

Is she even going to be that big a deal in the movie? Maybe they'll make her like Harvey and have her towards the end for like 20 minutes.
Christopher Nolan thinks Anne Hathaway is a great actress lol
Even though I agree with you. Nolan has done pretty well so far when picking out actors, so I belive his reasons for picking Anne are somewhat "justified". But it's way too early to tell.
I dunno, he's not great when it comes to women. He picked katie holmes, then maggie gyllenhaal. Two very average actors that weren't bad enough to tarnish the films, but mostly because the films were too good to be brought down by any one actor.

Which is why I'm still worried even after the trailer that Anne can't pull the role off too much.
