I hope he at least edited his inventory for all that shit. I mean, he wasted enough of his time building this huge, sort of pointless, although admittedly awesome, computer. God knows how fucking long it would have taken him to flatten that area and gather all those resources by hand.

Its not like he probably just copy and pasted the basic structures using a map editor (Which if you look at the surrounding terrain, he obviously did judging by the way everything is cut perfectly flat on every axis.) He probably did some basic tests till he got down what he needed to make this a full work and than copy and pasted it to make it a full CPU, at the very least he copy and pasted the terrain pattern he needed and than did the basic redstone wiring himself (Which probably wouldn't even take that long considering the fact that its just the same pattern over and over.)
