asking selected parents that had children who had an average-coke-drinking-ratio
And none of the parents understood a word you said.
Reference on your coca-cola molecule
I must be one of the healthiest fucks alive then.
Troll or just criminally stupid?
Damnit facepunch, I can never tell with you.
It's better than some jock tard saying "hur unhealthy" without support his statement.
I did. And don't go around name-calling. That's just dumb.
btw: http://www.askipedia.com/askipedia-article-006-219.htm - To support my statement further.
Hey OP
Look how healthy this molecule is!
Maybe you should synthesize large quantities of it, and tell homeland security so they can get it FDA approved without clinical trials!
Interesting. And I always drink Coca-Cola whenever I have a headache since they said it cures headaches.
I've found that not drinking Coke for a day or 2 gives me headaches, a combined caffeine/sugar deprivation headache. After stopping for a week, it goes away completely.

Water is also lacking in Oxygen particles. The equation for water is [img_thumb]http://www.scienceforums.net/latex/img/b89e91ccf14bfd7f485dd7be7d789b0a-3.png[/img_thumb] - as you can see there is only one Oxygen atom.
This contrasts with the coca-cola molecule, [img_thumb]http://oi51.tinypic.com/2ez2vx1.jpg[/img_thumb] - which shows that Oxygen is a much more dominent atom in the mixture.
Even if the oxygen in either molecule could be used for respiration H2O is still more oxygen rich because of the relative masses of the atoms.
Mass of H: 1
Mass of O: 18
A mass ratio of about 1:9 where as your 'coca-cola molecule' has a ratio of about 1:2 because of the heavier elements in it.

But does it require more or less energy to cleave the oxygen off the 'coca-cola' species?
I see now! Also, I also have evidence to suggest that we should start breathing in ozone instead of normal oxygen gas because it has one more oxygen atom making it 50% more efficient!
[editline]23rd March 2011[/editline]
Actually I don't have evidence but it's my intuition and that's just as good.
Well last time I checked I didn't breathe in either my water or my coke. Last time I'm posting here anyway, keep trying to prove me wrong

Which is not nearly as good as (red) ε oxygen!
I created a survey and strolled around my local town on a saturday mid-day, asking selected parents that had children who had an average-coke-drinking-ratio, and 7/10 of these parents found this research inciteful.
What exactly are you inciting? Did you mean insightful?
What exactly are you inciting? Did you mean insightful?
No, I believed he meant that it pissed them off.

16. I'll go ahead and discount whatever else you're rambling on about; you clearly have no clue.
I find playing battles in total war games is done more efficiently when I have coke to go with it.
I play, pause, drink coke, pace around room and think, go back to battle.
Makes it easier for me.
Fuck health. It still ruins the enamel on your teeth, resulting in those irritating-as-fuck freezes. Also, it makes you fat. Good job Facepunch, stay classy.
How exactly does Coca Cola make you fat? Is it just the Coca Cola? Or Maybe a combination of things that, if changed, will prevent you from being fat, even while drinking Coca Cola.
I drink Coca Cola, exclusively. I'm underweight
Second, my teeth are fine. Coca Cola can't be blamed more than anything else with sugar in it for ruining your teeth. Brushing regularly will slow down the natural decomposition of your teeth throughout your life, but it's the sugar in the Coca Cola that does it... But metric fucktons of shit has sugar in it
[img_thumb]http://oi51.tinypic.com/2ez2vx1.jpg[/img_thumb]
Please reveal the structural formula of this molecule or at least your reference because I can't for the life of me figure out how this molecule could exist.
O+? Are you sure?
Also how is E211 a good thing?
Im no biologist, nor am I a biochemist, But I am a chemist. And from now I can tell you that what OP did falls square in the realm of biochemistry. If he does actually have proof of the coca-cola molecule being better than water then he should tell us how it interacts in the body as an analogue to water and how it has those other biological properties.
If anything the OSO4H2K8Co3+ O+ molecule is impossible since it implies that the massive complex cation before is ionically bonded to a single positive oxygen cation.
In short: Molecule is impossible, claims are bullshit.

O+ is an extremely unstable oxidation state for oxygen and it would readily oxidise any thing given the chance.
Coca Cola was "invented" by some pharmacist
Interesting. And I always drink Coca-Cola whenever I have a headache since they said it cures headaches.
You know what it really cures? Oil stains on concrete. You know what that means? It's an acid, and it's eating away at your stomach!
This is also the same with Pepsi and other heavy sodas. Lighter sodas like 7-up aren't as harmful.
Edit:
Everyone who rated me dumb think that all acid is the same as stomach acid.
Either way it fucks your teeth.
You know what it really cures? Oil stains on concrete. You know what that means? It's an acid, and it's eating away at your stomach!
You know what else is an acid? Stomach acid. You know what that means? It's several times more acidic than Coke, and my stomach is fine!
It may indeed cure your headaches because it contains caffeine, most people in the western world are actually partially addicted to caffeine. When you drink coca-cola you're supressing the cravings for caffeine.
actually you're spiking your blood pressure up a bit which is what relieves you of your headache to a certain extent. There's a reason a lot of anti-pain pills contain caffeine as well as other pain relievers.
That said as others have said more oxygen does not mean a healthier molecule - oxygen is actually not exactly good for us either in too high amounts as high oxygen amounts tend to be reactive. There's also a reason why most people that work on canned air aren't given pure oxygen.'
Plus in the end even if there was one single molecule in cola that would make it beneficial to health, there's ten more that are negative.
brush your teeth once in a while
Brushing teeth right after drinking coke actually damages them a whole lot more then not brushing at all. It's best to brush a few hours after drinking it.
You know what else is an acid? Stomach acid. You know what that means? It's several times more acidic than Coke, and my stomach is fine!
Yeah and your knows how to break that specific acid down in the digestion tract. That doesn't mean it's capable of dealing with every acid you throw at it of course.
I think that at some point everyone needs to realise that OP was taking the piss
Well shit, I don't drink Coca Cola ever.
No it's not ? Well it can be used as bleach, but hydrogen peroxide isn't bad in any way for you
Yes it is. Go drink Hydrogen Peroxide. It will kill you. That shit in the black bottle that you use for cleansing scrapes in your medicine cabinet is only something like 2% Hydrogen Peroxide; the rest is water.
Man, I drink about 3-4 glasses a day. Right now, as we speak.
:unsmith:
it's weird how everyone is arguing about soda's effect on teeth/the effect of caffeine like those are the only potential problems with soda while ignoring that it makes you fat, either at the present time or in the future by creating insulin insensitivity
