Guys.
In the Sonic 06 playthrough.
If they don't save manually and lose all their lives they'll have to start all over again.
lmao that's exactly what happened
I lay in my bed and twiddle my clit
They should totally play sonic adventures.
I really liked it when i was a kid. Haven't played it in a while though.
Sonic is one of those games where how shit it is kind of gives it a unique feel
I will never forget sonic adventure, one of my first games
For some reason, while watching that sonic playthrough, I had the urge to listen to this while they were playing (it's pretty fitting for whatever reason).

Now I really want Jon and Arin to make a video of them singing the lyrics as a duet.
You have no idea how much I want this.
Sonic Adventure will make you puke after awhile. That fucking camera, goddamn
Yeah but Sonic Adventure is miles better than Sonic 06 and Adventure 2
I thought Adventure 2 was tons better.
I have no idea where Ego's coming from, Sonic Adenture 1 & 2 were masterpieces. Sure, they had flaws, but so does everything when it comes down to it. Though I did hate Big the Cat's levels, everyone else was pretty fun.
I think they're really overrated. Yeah, they were good, but the only reason they're considered masterpieces now is because for so long the only 3D sonics were shit so they stood out more.
Sonic Colors best sonic
Adventure 2 had "Find the ----" stages. I can't be the only one who hated any stage involving Knuckles or Rouge.
Like those stages far outweigh all the good in that game. Not to mention Adventure 2 gets you after awhile as well. So stages with Knuckles or Rouge just made me sick
Sonic Adventure 1 had those Knuckles stages as well, bro. It also featured Big the Cat's story, which was agonizing to play through.
Fucking sonic adventure is so good
I can't believe Ego hates the games, to a young kid they were fucking intense
i've actually been replaying sonic adventure 2 recently cus it was released on psn and xbla
it's aged awfully, i still like it but the game is not that good any more
besides, everyone knows the chao garden is where it's at, not the proper game
Sonic Adventure 2 is my favorite Sonic game of all time and I don't even like Sonic.
It's head and shoulders above every other Sonic game.
Plus the music in it... oh my god, the music.
So good.
which is the one where Dr Robotnik is shooting arrows and you have to jump on the arrow to get up this pole to continue through the level?
the knuckles and rouge stages for the most part are straight up terrible
like the first few are ok, but then they start introducing so much bullshit like gravity and water levels and it's like who fucking cares just let me give this skull dog thing to my chao
pumpkin hill is a classic though
Pumpkin ass hill
That level has so many memories
For some reason I remember eating a cream cheese sandwhich while I just walked idley around the level, because it was so atmospheric to me when I was younger

dude did you just taint the name of pumpkin hill with a swear

keywords, "to a young kid." Ego has made it obvious plenty of times that he does not value 'nostalgia' and always looks at games objectively, and honestly, if I look at Sonic Adventure at my age, just playing it for the gameplay and story, it really isn't that great. Better than '06 by far, but it just pales in comparison to a lot of other games that released at the same time.
i was in love with the chao in sonic adventure battle 2
i'd leave my gamecube on all night just to let them evolve and shit
damn i really miss that game.. i still have it too, i really gotta put a weekend aside and make a new garden...
I still can't believe he doesn't like Halo. I still play the first one a lot, the only thing really clunky about it is the frame rate (Which the animations are tied to) and the FOV.
I know a Sonic game they could play
Sonic Advance (1). It's practically like the originals with newer shit, and without the GOTTA GO FAST speed mode stuff Advance 2 and 3 had. It's like the Sonic 4 that Sega barely acknowledges.

Sonic 2. Aquatic Ruin Zone, Act [del]3[/del] 2* boss. And it's with a giant hammer hitting totem poles of stone.
If I had it, I'd send them Sonic 3D Blast.
*Forgot about the lack of a third act for most zones between the first and second games.
Ok what the fuck, why does everyone hate the knux/rouge stages. Those were always my favorite because they were about exploration rather than running in a straight line.

Acquatic ruin is only 2 acts. The only zones in the original trilogy with 3 acts are scrap brain and metropolis.

I loved the adventure games because they were the only ones that made the feeling of moving around as sonic characters feel right in 3D. The rest of the series has either been to rigid or too floaty for my taste. In the adventure games when you snap the control stick in a different direction, you go that way, doing the screech-to-a-halt animation if necessary. Nowadays when you play 3d sonic you try to turn and sonic does a big ass loop as if he were a car. It looks nicer graphically but it really just doesn't capture the sense of weight and momentum that made the 2d games great the way the Adventures did.

The soundtrack for Adventure 2 was great, one of the most memorable parts of the game.

I remember the map vividly. It was exciting getting to the next part.
