So I was reading a comic, everything was fine and dandy and then this happened:

Arin what are you doing there
KKK! [sub][sub][sub]Don't be in it though[/sub][/sub][/sub]

holy shit, that fucking lighting effect is the worst shit ever
It's also funny how this comes on the heels of the video were Ego references the camera logic in Mario. I mean look how rubbery and floppy the game looks with how the camera shifts drastically whenever you change direction
[QUOTE=Sardonus;38870152]real talk
if Jon and Ego came up to you and asked to bang you
would you agree y / n[/QUOTE]
Who wouldn't?
When Jon mentioned feeling an earthquake, USGS did detect one in the LA area last month.
[QUOTE=Brt5470;38869830]Man, I can't stand that. I wanted to punch Arin in the face.[/QUOTE]
You mustn't have friends if you just punch people in the face when they are obviously just fucking around.

Tails died like 5 times in that span of time after they first noticed and they didn't hear it until they watched him die.
Would've been so much funnier if they did

I was cracking up at that. The time they finally notice it tails just goes full suicidal mode.

Should we call her the gander?, Wait no, she has to be a dude for that.
Arin's cats are the cutest fucking cats ever and that seriously pains me knowing I'll never get to pet the grey fluffball

wait when did he say he didn't know where that is from???
man people are awkward as fuck meeting them. i never understood the whole starry eyed way people get when they see famous/semi famous people
if i ever went to a con or whatever and met them id just wanna chill and chat. really tho if i had a chance to meet them i'd rather sit over coffee or w/e and talk about things since they seem like they're pretty cool to get to know.
I also don't like when people ask them to say lines from something they've made
Ego must get so sick of hearing people quoting stuff or asking him to say stuff. I'm pretty sure he mentioned it in a panel before.

i'd probably be pretty nervous meeting someone famous, including them.
the only cool famous person i've ever seen was wayne brady at a live show, and as soon as he walked out i got this rush of excitement from actually seeing him in person. if i bumped into him on the street or something i'd definitely be nervous. its a normal thing to be starstruck like that, especially when we're talking about the fanbase of internet celebrities who make gaming videos.

Well have you met anyone you want to meet?
I can't possibly imagine WHAT I would talk about to anyone I would want to talk with. Yeah, I'd like to sit down and just talk to them. But what would be the icebreaker? What do you say?
I'm also sure you get pretty nervous when you first get the chance and then the awkwardness kicks in because all these great ideas on how you should act normal washes away into the abyss.
ok let me clarify. i understand to an extent, it's someone you have respect for or admire and you want to have whatever brief contact you have with them to leave both you and them with something. however, i do not understand the extent to which people get weird.
have i met anyone i want to meet? i can't remember anyone specific. i've met some pretty interesting people in the games industry and a few important autodesk employees at a national competition i competed in. that was cool. i tried to go up and talk to them about art and ask for suggestions and critiques (i had some images on my phone). i didn't get nervous or anything but was kinda disappointed when they brushed me off. they probably had other things to do so i didn't really care.
i just don't get nervous around people and so far i haven't had an exception. 3 years of theatre got me over all that. as for an ice breaker, i dunno what i'd say. my ideal way to meet someone like jon/arin would be to bump into them when nobody is around and they've got the time because i don't like brief, shallow interaction. if i had a golden window of opportunity i'd probably walk up, say hi, and ask them if i could chat with them for a bit about games, art, and stuff. i'd also like to talk about experiences they've had that could maybe help me with my career goals and stuff and ask them if they'd be interested in working with me on some of the ideas i've got.
the reality though is that i live on the opposite side of the country. maybe i'll shoot them an email someday when my personal projects really get going.
i want to meet ego when i go to america next year i mentioned briefly if i could buy him a coffee or something when i sent him wario as completely dorky as that sounds but he seems like the kinda guy who'd say yes so what is there to lose

Is it just me or does it feel like the whole room just gets awkward when people do things like this? I remember back in high school when people would just quote things out of context and it felt so forced and weird. The main reason I've never been to a convention is because I do not like the types of people who are oblivious to the fact that they are awkward as fuck and quote/ask for quotes and shit.

Son of a bitch.
Both Jon and Arin seem slightly interested in Japanese and Japanese culture, so if I had to strike up a conversation with either of them, that would probably be my topic of choice.
