If you're talking about the newest episode, Barry didn't censor anything offensive, he blared a horn every time Jon tried to bring up breaking the gingerbread house. It was done for comedic value as to "mute" Jon's stupidity, not to prevent people from being offended. Did you think that Jon was saying "nigger" every time the horn was brought up? That wouldn't make any sense given the context of the episode, at all.
Hell, in one DK episode they made fun of blacks, Aborigines, and Australians all in the same episode and didn't censor a damn thing. They haven't censored anything in terms of "not being offensive" for a very long time.

Yes. That's exactly what he was doing... you can even hear him say "N--" at least once when he's censored. They censor that word all the time. Remember in Animal Crossing when he censored it with the elephant?

If they're really just censoring the word, then it's probably just a ToS they have as a Youtube partner, they have to censor that word, but they can still be racist all they want.

He was saying nigger definitely. There was a slight delay in the horn on some where one could clearly make out a N sound.
