i kinda want them to do a facecam for one episode just so we can see what they actually do when playing. facecam would get old if they had it for every episode and like the point they made, they would take away the inspiration for the game grumps animated

Clips of copyrighted audio are fine afaik.

I mean, loosely, we can consider Game Grumps a sort of review channel, opinions and what not, so they should be fine. If they're really worried they can just slip in some kind of "give this movie/song a tenouttaten" at the end of the show and be relatively okay; I doubt they'd have any action taken against them.
