You've got to understand, this is their job, or at least it is for Jon, excluding any animations Arin does for fun, this is how he makes money. It's no different than going in for work every day like everyone else, except they get to have fun and play games instead. Jon doesn't have much else to do with his time at least, might as well make Grumps; besides, they record like 10 days worth of episodes per day and take the rest of the week off afaik.

The last Sonic save screen I saw was in late November, AFAIK.
Edit: I was close. The save screen at the end of Part 35 says December 3rd.

They play every monday for about 3-4 hours. The time since recording to uploading depends entirely on how much footage they recorded of the game during their play session.

I understand that...? I was just saying the face cam didn't really do anything for them, they don't really make funny faces even when they're screaming.
It came out of nowhere, they didn't see it coming and it was unfitting for the situation. If it was a game where you need to get up and about and do silly things, it would obviously be more fitting.

It's just a joke, who is it hurting? You act like distasteful jokes are anything new to GG. Why is a sexist joke all of a sudden too far, when they've made jokes about men/small penises/blacks/asians/every other race and minority? It'd be offensive not to make fun of ladies too.

They've already mentioned multiple times that their humor is off-color and that jokes are just jokes.
It's a simple, "If you don't like it, don't watch it" sort of thing, whether or not they're in the right.

Again, what about all of the other minorities GG makes fun of? Why are ladies immune to it just because there could be possible rape victims in the crowd? There is no restrictions on comedy - nothing is off limits. It just depends on how you tell the joke, if you are funny or not. But everyone, including comedians, has a responsibility to judge whether or not a joke is appropriate for a certain time and place. Like telling a cancer joke at a breast cancer fund or telling a rape joke to a rape victim. It's about having very dark humour, but still being a decent person. On their own show about video games, I think it's totally fine. You're over reacting.
I mean, you're getting upset at a rape joke after Jon said 'nigger' for a few minutes straight for no reason? It's all in the context dude. There's underlying comedy, it's not just saying rape for the sake of rape because rape is hilarious or something.

And just because people are offensive doesn't mean we should roll with the punches and say"ooo, it's just a joke." I'm offended by their use of the words fag, retard, and nigger, as well, but I've kept my lips sealed for now. I feel like Arin and John are trying to force decent people away from watching them. I started watching them during their earlier videos and they didn't rampantly use slurs like they do now.
