Can someone point me to where Jon said he loves Nickelback? I honestly don't remember it.

I can see where theyre coming from in regards to NSMB I'm terrible at all the old mario games (im shit at platformers in general) but NSMB really does hold your hand all the way through to the point where its almost like whats the point of playing this. that said, jon keeps saying how much better Galaxy is, and while that game OOZES personality its also piss easy and not challenging at all. Still love it though.

In super mario 3d land and NSMB2 if you fuck up a bunch you get a suit that makes you invincible and gives you raccoon tail for the whole level.

I actually liked the difficulty curve in Galaxy and Galaxy 2. The main game was relatively easy if you followed the general path by playing the first couple missions of each world to move on. But if you deviated and tried the later missions the game got really freaking hard.

Mario Galaxy had a new concept at least. NSMB is exactly as they describe: "hey remember in SMB3 when you had toad houses??? you loved those right???" it doesn't really try or dare to do anything new. which is hilarious given the title
